Overall, not a bad experience at all. Friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable.

Fitness centre - all the machines were broken or about to break. The breakfast was also overpriced. The hairdryer also needs to be more powerful.

It was clean, nice hotel, good location, close to the metro.

The fact that the toilet is all made of glass and there is no privacy, when you use toilet the other person in the room can see/hear everything.Also i didn’t like that i asked for an extra blanket and i was told at the reception that the ladies in charge with cleaning left so they have no access, which i consider it a bit not ok because for example if an accident happens to my blanket, and i need a replacement, what can i do? it should be a facility available 24/7. Maybe i am wrong but it’s just my oppinion. Beside that, staff was ok.

The location is perfect if you want to stay somewhere quiet and chill. Corporate offices are in the area and it’s not very crowded. We chose this location based on proximity to Ziggo Dome, we visited Amsterdam for a concert.

In some places, it wasn’t clean. The base of the bed, the carpet and the drapes had small residues of semen and who know what else. Although the bedding was very clean.

For work was great. For anything outside of work was a little remote. Then again it does the job

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the metro, which makes it very easy and quick to reach the city center. The atmosphere in the hotel is peaceful and quiet, and I really appreciated how polite and courteous the reception staff were. There was no unpleasant smell anywhere, and the room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. In terms of value for money, this place absolutely deserves a 10. That said, I would kindly ask the hotel management to reconsider the pillows, they are like oversized, overstuffed synthetic balls that feel extremely high and can easily strain your neck by morning. Even the spare pillows in the closet were the same and not suitable for restful sleep. This is a small but important detail that I believe should be addressed for the comfort of future guests. Overall, a very pleasant experience, thank you!

The comfort of a nice room, we (or child) especially loved our bathroom (shower and bathtub) haha and the lighting from it. Also nice that the bathroom was always warmer than the room. The room temperature and freshness was great. There is a control panel if you want it cooler or warmer. We were just not sure it was okay to turn off when we left or to just leave it on. Nice to have a water kettle in the room and a small fridge.

Some of the other guests staying at the hotel were bit noisy people, but that has to do with a nice place and cheaper rates we think. The staff was alright, helpful, just not the friendliest and not providing much information about the hotel. Lastly, we only figured out how the lights next to our bed worked on the fourth day, the morning before we left. Maybe we don't stay at hotels enough (anymore) for not figuring that out sooner.

Easy of check-in. We had a range of stuff we had in our room ( fridge, control panel to make request, ect)which was very useful (storing medication) The location was perfect for going to the Ajax stadium or the ASAF arena

I had a wonderful stay at OZO Hotel Arena Amsterdam. The property offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. The hotel's location is a major advantage—close to public transport, making it easy to explore Amsterdam, yet situated in a peaceful area away from the city's hustle. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The on-site facilities, including the restaurant and fitness center, were impressive and well-managed. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, catering to different preferences.

After reading previous reviews, I was a bit hesitant about this hotel, but it turned out to be a great stay. The cleanliness was quite good, around 8/10—visibly clean with only a few minor spots here and there, but nothing concerning. The room had blackout curtains, which was great for sleeping. If you're sensitive to light, you might want to bring a small piece of tape to cover the red LED on the TV, but that was the only minor issue. The sheets were clean, no stains. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We didn’t have to pay any unexpected extra fees. The location is convenient, with the metro just a 5-minute walk away and the train station about 15 minutes. The neighborhood can feel a bit sketchy at night, so solo female travelers might feel uneasy, but we personally didn’t encounter any issues during our stay.

The main downside was the bathroom, which lacked privacy. The toilet was just a meter from the bed with no exhaust fan for ventilation, and the door had small gaps, making it easy to see inside. The pillows were also quite high, which made sleeping on the back uncomfortable. Additionally, the room took a while to heat up.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our only issue was the shower. Both my son and I have disabilities and the water from the shower came out onto the main bathroom floor. If we wanted to use the toilet or wash basin our feet and socks would be soaking wet and we were also afraid that we would slip and fall. Then we would be dragging our wet feet throughout the bedroom. Also there was a lot of construction in the area so we would be woken early by the banging noise.
