The facilities were great, super comfy and very spacious. The location was perfect, just 2 mins away from the metro station that goes straight into the centre, about a 10-15 min journey on metro! Absolutely ideal. I booked the romantic package for my room and it was lovely! Room covered with petals and heart balloons as well as 2 welcome drinks. Very happy

Had to give a €100 deposit which would be fine but for a young traveller with a set amount of money brought to spend, was slightly annoying. If I’d of been told in advance, it would of been no issue

Overall a very good stay and nothing to complain about. I struggled a bit with increasing the temperature in the room but I’m sure that was rather lack of technical skills from my end than the system being faulty.

Rooms were very comfy and smart facilities were good. The outdoor garden is great and the staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly. It's perfect for weary travellers looking for a nice place to sleep. The bar is good but no guarantee it will be open when you get back from the centre and can close at 11pm. It's quite and you will get a good nights rest.

While it is very close to the metro with excellent transport to the centre of Amsterdam the area hasn't got much to offer for tourists. The breakfast is expensive and we would have liked to get a simpler option. We did find a local cafe close by that was good.

Needed a hotel because of a canceled flight. The weather was bad so we didn't really explore the immediate area but took Ubers and Taxis to where we needed to go. Nice hotel with interesting rooms. Ours had a telescope! Comfortable bed and nice walk-in shower. Breakfast was fenomenal.

We were hoping to check in a bit earlier than normal but even though the room was ready we could not check in without added cost. That's there policy, so ok. However the large majority of hotels we visited would have let us check in even if it was 2 hours early.

Excellent breakfast, in variety and quality. Good quality beds. Nice shower, but could do with a bit more pressure. Location unbeatable for me because I was working right across the street, but also not too far from public transport.

The rooms are managed via a tablet system which is not the most practical thing to operate, as iot is fixed on one side of the bed. There were some issues with heating: the first room I was given was stuck at 18C, and after some insistence I was given another one which was stuck at 21C instead, which was ok, but I still prefer more control over the temperature of my room when travelling (the room thermometre goes only 18-23, and it takes FOREVER to move). Also, while you get a kettle with tea/coffee, and a nespresso, you do not get complimentary water, which I think in 2024 is a must for business hotels.

Clean, modern, enough facilities, good bathroom, comfortable beds and chairs, few light options for good ambience. The TV at the bathroom makes sense for football fans to not miss the game. Service is excellent, they helped us very well with the bassinet. Parking below is great, enough space and lots of charging points for the car.

The bathroom had only 1 light setting, i.e. on/off via motion sensor. There should be a dimmable option or small light. For ambience, but also for when using the bathroom at night. You better go blind folded to avoid becoming too awake from the heavy lights. The smart system to control the lights, blinds and tv, is rather slow. Not conveniently located and actually less practical than the standard switches. A switch you can manage by sense. For the display, you have to get out of bed to sit in front of the display and then gently tap the buttons, often a few times, to be able to turn a light.

Everything was fine! We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was big, cosy and comfortable. Everything was modern and with technical features. The bathroom was big and with everything you need. We missed nothing at all! The breakfast was nice and delicious. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The location of the hotel is in good distance to the city centre and easy to walk or you can use the public transport near by. We will definitely come back for another stay!

The floor in the room could be a little bit more cleaner. But that's all, everything else was perfect!

The rooms were fantastic. Two of our three rooms adjoined while the other room was directly across the hall so we felt very connected while in different rooms. The breakfast was superb! Great selection of food. The parking was large enough for our car and we didn't have to make 14 point turns to avoid hitting other parked cars which was very much appreciated!

The location was about a 25-minute commute to downtown Amsterdam, but the walk to the metro stop was fairly short and straight-forward. The hotel was pet-friendly, but when we checked in there were more restrictions then we are used to and a page of rules we had to sign, which was outside of our normal experience when traveling with pets. Would likely not have dinner in their hotel if we stay again. It is definitely convenient, but lacked value and selection for the price.

Very friendly welcome and rapid check-in. The room was of typical "mid-size", clean and simple. Nothing luxurious but very comfortable. Spacious bathroom and a nice shower. Good breakfast, with scrambled and fried eggs, green yoghurt, fruit etc. etc. Equally rapid 10-second check-out...:). Had a drink at the bar with colleagues on arrival - very nice staff and good service. All in all a good experience.

All lights in the room were operated via a touch screen next to the bed which I didn't find particularly easy. Also missed regular coffee at breakfast; now had to stand in q by the fancy coffee machine which wasn't particularly fast...
