The hotel is situated near Schiphol airport, every half an hour there is a free shuttle bus to/from the airport and the trip takes around 10-15 minutes. The rooms are quite comfortable, there is a restaurant and wellness centre in the hotel.

The registration process takes long. The coffee machine in the room did not work. The prices in the shop are evidently higher than anywhere else (even at the airport). The bed was made of two, although I asked for a big one. Finally, the restaurant offers a buffet for a set price, not allowing for ordering separate dishes.

There is everything at the hotel that you can possibly need. Restaurant, bar, café, gym, swimming pool. Nice facilities, and making up for the fact that it is in the middle of nowhere (but very close to the airport). There is also an actual airplane in the backyard (which I can see from my balcony). Gimmicky, but still quite the view. 😁 Shuttle is frequent enough.

- Sauna (including steam) - Giant pool - View of the 747 in the garden - Soundproof windows - Comfortable bed (soft wall) - Cinema in the Hotel (watched Saw 10 before it went to the cinema) - Restaurant (Sushi) - Sky Bar (cocktails) - Competent service - Hotel Party's (Haloween on the plane in the garden) - easy parking (even if you arrive at 4 a.m. from the event)

- I had a wedding ring stolen at the gym (beware of belgian people) - parking fees (better pay 17€ for 24h) - It would be easier to prepare a kind of guide with the opening hours of the spa, restaurant, cinema, etc. :) so that you don't have to ask the reception 100 questions.

I loved everything about the property! Everything was very clean and spacious. There was a connected balcony which was nice but did pose some privacy concerns. Very friendly staff and loved the luggage locker for guests who arrived early as well as the shuttle service to and from the hotel!

The balcony was connected to other rooms so privacy can be an issue as in theory you could walk over to anyone’s balcony door/window. You were also not allowed to smoke out there even though there was ample amount of space for a smoking space. There was only one smoking area and that was a small bench outside by the front lobby which was packed quite a bit.

The soap & shampoo dispensers were faulty.

The location was perfect for us as we had an early flight leaving from Amsterdam airport the next morning. The free shuttle service was great. The room was comfortable as was the bed. There is a restaurant that provides an all you can eat buffet both for dinner and breakfast which is brilliant! We had a drink in the very nice rooftop bar which also has live entertainment regularly. There is a pool and a gym as well as a picture theatre which we unfortunately didn't have a chance to experience. Definitely a good option when needing a reasonably priced stay as well enjoying all the benefits it offers.

Checking in can be a lengthy process as there can be alot of people lined up waiting to get in but I can't really see a way around it as it's a popular choice and the staff were efficient when it was your turn.

I chose this hotel to be part of my 31 days of birthday fun & Xmas time everywhere looks beautiful in lights! The Coredon really did a great job on that part, so it was an excellent choice indeed! This was day 9 to 11 which made my stay perfect for all the activities we had planned.I love the fact that the shuttle bus takes you straight from the airport to the door which made me feel very safe. Also, as soon as you enter into the foyer, the grand tour that met your eyes was very appealing. It also smelt delicious and felt warm and cozy. The receptionist Were all very warm and kind and welcoming. Everything was nice and clean and the decor from the foyer through to the left right up to our rooms, especially the corridors were exquisite. The beds were really comfortable and the heating in the rooms were good. We love the that the hotel was environmentally friendly and you could see evidence of this in the bathroom through the toilet toiletries and toilet paper. And good quality toilet paper too! We didn’t eat so I can’t comment on the food but what I saw it look good. The spa was excellent and the times that I went to swim I was on my own and love having the pool to myself. The steam room was at a decent temperature which felt good. Checking out was quite easy and even the guests were accommodating as I was on a crutch. My friend & l decided before leaving that we will be back very soon! May I add that the plane in the background was a great feature too!

There was a few major hiccups, but please know that the staff fixed everything. One of them was a dirty quilt, but the receptionist immediately brought a new one to my room. The other thing was this sauna wasn’t working, but at least we had the steam room. The temperature of the pool could’ve been a lot warmer as I went in the pool first and it was quite cold. Maybe it was because I was quite hot but it still should’ve been warmer. Other than that, everything was perfect, apart that you couldn’t go in the plane. That would’ve been great, but I suppose more cleaning for the staff.

the hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was an event on the 9th floor which looked fun but that we didn't participate in. We asked for a softer pillow and ice, and both times the items were delivered to our room within a few minutes. we needed help finding our way to a museum - the girl at the desk was friendly and thorough - writing instructions out on a paper for us.

the shuttle took over 45 minutes to get to the airport. when it did arrive, it needed to leave several people waiting for the return. the check in took a long time (only 2 of the 4 desks were staffed). The room was comfortable, and very clean - but painfully small.breakfast was only the option of all-you-can-eat - so we did not participate ad waited til we were elsewhere to enjoy breakfast.

Super friendly reception staff. Very nice room. Good size. Clean and comfortable.

This was super minor detail but it was not clear to me where to get the bus transfer from Schiphol from the booking.com page. I sent a message in to the hotel who responded before I landed, so great timing! In the meantime, I realised the question was already asked many times on the Questions section on the booking page, and I missed it. For info, it is bus stop C13 located under the bridge!

Clean, spacious rooms, the facilities were recently updated I assume, the bldg belongs to a campus with other Hotels and Convention facilities, therefore the campus has many outdoor areas, including a real Boeing 747 airplane on display!

Nothing really, the shuttle to/from airport works fine, however hotel location is not really suited for day trips into downtown Amsterdam. A bit more signage pointing to the dedicated hotel shuttle stop as you leave the terminal would be nice, since we found ourselves walking in the wrong direction until an airport employee helped. However I guess that is something the airport needs to improve themselves.
