The room was nice, clean, and modern-looking; the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and nice. Staff friendly. TV was nice and big, having all you need, Netflix, YouTube, easy to connect with iPad... all in all very good room.
This is for people who don't like walking; my wife and I didn't mind it. There is nothing near the hotel; the metro is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel, as is the store and a nice Italian restaurant or McDonald's if you like. So, you will need to walk or use Uber a lot.

My main reason for my Amsterdam trip was to go to a concert, that took place in Ziggo Dome. You are able to walk to Ziggo Dome from the hotel, it will take around 30-40 minutes, or you can also use metro. I saw sign in the reception that they can also help you to organize taxi to Ziggo if you let them know in advance. As the hotel is close to the Ziggo, it is around 1h walk from city center. I really love walking around foreign cities and it gave me an opportunity to see more of Amsterdam. If you are not a walker, you can easily take a metro to city center. Check-in and check-out was very easy and all the staff was super friendly! My room was on the second floor and my window was facing parking lot and trainrails. I thought that it may get noisy, but it was not the case at all. It was actually relatively quiet stay. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was a little bit small. It was slightly cold in the hotel due to AC, which I was not used to, but it wasn't too bad. This hotel is not super modern, but it is still nice. Breakfast was okay, there were plenty of choices - warm food, cereal, sandwich material, some sweets, fruits, juice, warm drinks. I would definately book this hotel again if I would travel to Amsterdam for a concert.
I can't think of anything that left me dissatisfied.

A room has a strand set of stuff and furniture. They have small bottles of shampoo and the room is cleaned every day.
The don't have any towel for feet that it's not nice as the bathroom is really small. The baby cot and a fridge were broken but someone quickly came and replace them. You cannot open a window in our room but it's a ventilation system on the window, which allowed to fresh air come inside the room. The hotel is probably perfect, if you have a car, but you should go on foot about 1,2 km from the both metro stations and it's no bus or other transport, which is inconvenient, if you have a luggage with you.

The hotel itself is okay and in an industrial part of the city, it's quiet and you don't really see many people there. The hotel is 10 min away on foot from the metro station, which was fine for us, and from there you had access to all parts of Amsterdam. There's not really many shops or restaurants around in the vicinity so we always went closer to the city center for food; on this note you can get breakfast at the hotel but we didn't pay for that service. However we really liked our stay for the money paid, the staff were always kind and respectful, they offer a great service there. The rooms were clean even though they looked pretty old fashioned, reminded me of communist type architecture, but the cleanliness was important for us and they get full marks on that! We booked the deluxe room.

I stayed at two different branches of the same hotel — one in central Amsterdam and one at the airport — and both stays were enjoyable. The city branch was a wonderful surprise. The room felt more like a suite, with a separate sleeping area designed especially for children. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for families. The location was very convenient, close to attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, I appreciated the consistency and comfort in both locations. I would definitely stay with this hotel again, especially for family trips!

The hotel was warm and clean throughout. The staff were friendly, from reception to the maids cleaning rooms. The restaurant in the hotel was very handy, whilst only having a limited menu, there was still sufficient choices to choose from which arrived quickly and was certainly value for money. We found the beds comfy and the shower was excellent. The hotel was a bit out of the city but the local metro station was only a 15 minute walk away with regular trains running to and from the centre. Great choice of meats and pastries for breakfast.
Nothing to complain about. No problems with anything. An efficiently run hotel.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was big enough, had air conditioning and big windows. Overall, it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was good, there were plenty of options.
The bathroom was clean but the drainage hole in the shower was clogged, the water did not go down well and collected on the shower floor. They have underground garage, but more often than not it is full and if you leave during the day you might not find any parking spots available.

Great location, the nearby metro station meant we were usually a single train ride away from any place we’d wanted to go, including the attractions.
Despite the sign in the bathroom telling us that leaving the towels on the floor meant we’d like new ones, we didn’t get them replaced, and even had fewer towels since housekeeping took them and did not give us new ones. We only got new towels after asking for it. The floor was also slightly dirty, make sure to bring some slippers.

The location was a 15 mins drive to NDSM beside the Botel where i always park the car. Its free parking from 7pm to 9am and €1.60 per hour during the day. The hotel is right beside the slip road so easy access.
One of the nights it was -1 and went for a cig outside, the card doesn't let you back in so was waiting nearly 5 minutes for the guy on the desk to open the door and I said it to him about knowing people where outside and got a smart response from him that he needed a piss in his words
