Clean room, Super breakfast

Refrigirator was not working and tecnical staff was not found during my stay. Each day I was calling to reception with this problem. If I was not calling each day, they were not giving me feedback on their own will, that is kind of irresponsibility in my opinion. Once I was even asked by reception to remember them this problem the next morning:). before the last day we were offered to change the room, but it was too late for this. I am sure that this kind of problem is very rare, but need to be mentioned to not happend in the future. Additionally, the wall between neighbour room occasionally sounded like earthquick, like wall was cracking. It was happening when neighbour room’s door was opening or closing.

All the superlatives fit this wonderful place where the staff is top notch, professional, kind, helpful, the best. I had a great view of the river from my window. It is clean, comfortable, modern, soundproof. Early check-out, late check-in are also possible for a fee. The subway is across the street and it takes you to the center within minutes or to the airport. For the airport, you take the opposite direction and change train at Lelilann. My stay in Amsterdam was greatly helped by my accomodation at Leonardo Royal. I was so glad to find a quiet, yet super modern hotel outside the center. Thank you all at Leonardo Royal.

Our stay was delightful! The hotel was cozy, with top-notch comfort. The breakfast was a highlight—scrumptious omelets, eggs benedict, a variety of pastries, and a vast selection of cheeses, fruits, hams, nuts etc. - truly a feast! Management was exceptional, ensuring all our needs were met. It is located just a 6-minute drive from the Ziggo Dome. The location offered great connectivity to the city center while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Beds were super comfy, and the room view was fantastic. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. Great location, right next to Overamstel metro station. There was a ticket vending machine at the station, but it was not working. But you could just tap your credit card at the station gates. The city center is 15 minutes away by metro from the hotel. Parking is available at the hotel. You can park outside the hotel for free or opt for hotel's dedictated covered parking by paying a very small fee. We opted for having breakfast at the hotel during our stay and it was great and definitely worth it. The breakfast hall can get busy, so have patience. The staff was very friendly and really helpful. The rooms were great and clean with all the facilities. They have drinking water outlets inside the hotel, which is very convinient. Definitely recommended hotel.

Wi-Fi in our section of the hotel was not that strong.

the staffs are amazing. Really friendly and helpful. Plus that there is an amazing sauna open late in the evening which is amazing ! I love the idea of being environment-friendly by not cleaning rooms everyday but you have to request explicitly for room cleaning before 10 AM free of charge for the room service.

Our room was close to the elevator and it was extremely disturbing to hear the elevator noise every 30s. Felt like we were sleeping on an airplane instead of hotel room. Although staffs recommended that we could have changed the room, but our stay was short so we did not change. But still, something should have been done in general about this noise isolation problem.

The hotel has a beautiful interior. Everything is in full order. Its is not close to the center by foot, however, the subway passes right in front of the building and is very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and polite, at the reception and at the bar and restaurant as well. The room was good enough for two people. It had a large glass window and a very beautiful view of the highway. Also, breakfast was very tasty. Both hot and cold dishes. desserts, etc ♥️

the glass door in the bathroom that was not airtight and the bathroom trap that did not absorb water well, so after bathing, a considerable amount of water accumulated in the bathroom.

We arrived in Amsterdam apprehensive because we had stayed in some dodgy Hotels during our travels. First glimpse of the Leonard Royal Hotel was promising, then we walked into the lobby and were greeted by the clean, impressive area. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly, explaining the facilities and answering our questions and we had many. The hotel is located opposite the train station with frequent trains heading the short distance to the centre of Amsterdam. The hotel had a very impressive sauna, steam room, wellness suite and gym with an area set aside for meditation or to just relax sense and sounds. Extra clean towels and robes provided. In two months of traveling through Europe and the UK, we had the best breakfast in this hotel, it was great value for money with such a great selection.

There was nothing not to like, except that we didn't stay longer.

Very nice stay for the price and location, very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing and had a lot of options. The hotel is very modern and the location is right beside the metro that leads to the centrum. The rooms were clean and nice and the view from the window was also nice. They also have a a snack/drinks self service that came in clutch, even if it was a little expensive.

Only complaint was the bathroom door, its a sliding door that does not close all the way which made using the bathroom a little uncomfortable.

We booked two rooms and they had a good view, were comfortable and clean. The bathroom and toilet were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our lunch at the hotel restaurant. When we asked them to let us check out at 3 p.m., they didn't charge us extra for it, for which we were so grateful.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, too soft, and the double bed was just two single beds pushed together. The extra covering was missing so this proved to be an issue for us. The bathroom sliding door should have been a regular one. And there were far too few channels to surf on the TV. We wish the hotel was closer to the city center. However, the metro station was very nearby, so that was a relief.
