Nice room for three. Good beds and kitchenet with possibility to make breakfast and even cook if needed. The personnell was really friendly. The Hotel has an interesting history as a church. Extra thanks for the breakfast/gift back and coffee machine in the lobby area!

Honestly, this was my 5th time in Amsterdam and easily the best hotel I've stayed in. The hotel itself is in a great location, far enough from the centre that it's quiet but only a 10-12 minute walk to the nearest station (and around 25 minutes to get to Amsterdam Centraal) The room was the perfect size, and equipped with literally everything we needed, as well as extra touches that really made the stay more comfortable - slippers and bathrobes provided, as well as a hairdryer and iron/ironing board. There is also a free tea/coffee machine in reception with free mini stroopwafel, and this definitely came in handy. The terrace was a lovely touch, made it feel a lot more homely and even though we went in January, it's quite tucked away so you don't feel the wind/cold as much. On top of everything else, the service was impeccable. Checking in we were informed about the local transport options, hotel facitilities, and provided with some small food items to get us started. The staff were always positive and greeted us throughout our stay, and were happy to help whenever we had any requests to ask of them.

The fact that I couldn't have stayed there longer!

The highlight of this hotel is the breakfast area and the lovely spread each morning. The room is full of light and its a beautiful spot to enjoy your cappuccino and get a hearty breakfast. The hotel is new and sparkling clean. Rooms are new and fresh. Staff is wonderful. Good value esp with the breakfast.

My main disappointment was the location. There’s really nothing around the hotel other than a supermarket. You need to walk 10-15 min to the tram which will take you to the center. An Uber will cost about 10-13 Euros to the center so it was alright for 3 people. I think if I come to Amsterdam again I’d look into staying at their other location which is in the center and was only a bit more cost. 2nd disappointing thing was no coffee machines in the rooms. Only coffee from a packet…..gross. They should upgrade to Nespresso machines. But an awesome cappuccino maker in the breakfast room made up for it.

Staff are very friendly, room was clean and comfortable , all necessary was included, location is calm but not far from center, train and metro station very close, grocery store just around the corner, free coffee at the lobby. Thank you for having us

The location of the hotel is best if you do not like to be surrounded by tourists all the time and like to explore yourself. Train/metro station is 15 minute walk away. Tram station is also nearby ~10 minute walk. Both give a good way to reach city central if one wants to. Additionally the hotel can easily be reached from the airport itself if you are fine with taking a walk from the metro station to the hotel. The breakfast was very good, although it can get somewhat monotonous as the food selection was kept same throughout our stay. Hotel and rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Hair dryer was decent, shampoo and shower gel was always stocked. Price to quality ratio is on perfect!

The pillows were a bit too big to my liking, making sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.

We loved our stay in the hotel. Lovely room with very comfy bed and good shower. The mini kitchenette was great as there are a Lidl and Jumbo close to the hotel so if you don't fancy eating out all the time you can get bits at both shops. Although a big walk to the Old Town (there are plenty of trams and a big metro) we found the location lovely as its quiet and very residential with the Ringsdam only two minutes, away. In the morning you can hear birdsong. Great to have bikes to rent too.

The only complaint is no decaff coffee option in the machine at breakfast. Given how lovely the renovation of the building is it seemed a, shame not to have a larger machine that would offer ground decaff coffee in the morning. There are instant sticks available but def not the same. It's also tricky to find decaf generally in Amsterdam so this would be a great option to offer

We stayed at this hotel in May 2024. The hotel was very welcoming, the room was spacious and equipped with everything you needed, the photos were true. Large and clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds! Abundant breakfast with good products. The staff was really welcoming and competent, I thank them again. Good location, in 10 minutes by car you are in the center. Presence of a supermarket under the hotel, very quiet area. Thank you for making our stay in Amsterdam even better, I recommend the Chassè Hotel Residency to everyone. There's nothing I didn't like

Good size rooms, with comfortable beds, along with a fridge and hot plate, perfect for cooking dinner in. Breakfast offerings were varied and plentiful. A different salad was served each day too. Loved enjoying apple cake with a coffee for breakfast. Friendly staff, always smiling when we arrived back into the hotel. Only a 10 minute walk to the train at Amstel station or tram. Tram line direct route to the museum area, which was perfect. More scenic too! Quiet location and dark rooms for sleeping.

Really nothing, maybe just to see housekeeping staff in a uniform.

Location, takes 10+ walk from nearest metro/train station. But if you likes the bus, then 3 mins walk only

Our room was beautiful, spotless and had a very good size for three people. Breakfast was an amazing value for money at only 12,50€. Warm foods, fruit, good selection of bread and rolls, cake… The hotel is a short walk from the metro which takes you to the city centre in five or so stops. A five minute walk from the hotel you find lovely bars at a small canal and a good enough selection of places to eat. The bikes we rented at the hotel were sturdy and very good to handle. Staff was lovely and always helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing which made it a 9 instead of a 10 was the bathroom. It was spacious, new and clean, but unfortunately it had an opal glass door which made the bedroom quite bright when used at night. The door didn’t lock and also had open space at the top and bottom. Not much privacy. And speaking of privacy: a lid over the bathroom trash would be nice.
