Great location, clean and the staff are very approachable when help is needed.

I was surprised by the total sum at the end and found out that extra taxes were added on top of what I thought was the final price. I had no clue that this tax existed which really disappointed me.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect — surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and with a supermarket right across the street. The facilities were spotless, and I loved the free access to the TRIB3 gym next door — their training sessions are excellent. The wireless room access via mobile phone is a brilliant idea, making check-in and entry super convenient. The area has a great vibe, and there was always someone available to help. I also really appreciated their online system for scheduling cleanings and their quick, friendly responsiveness on WhatsApp. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located, everything inside is beautiful and comfortable, the bedding is of good quality, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, the Wi-Fi works well, and there are lockers. You can leave your bag for storage before check-in and after check-out. I enjoy walking, so it was comfortable for me to reach both the city center and the train station on foot to travel to Utrecht.

What I didn’t like is that, as I found out on arrival, none of the rooms have windows that open. I like having access to fresh air. If you turn the ventilation up to the maximum, it’s generally okay, but I still didn’t like it — it’s the first time I’ve come across this, even though I travel often.

Check-in was smooth and convenient—we received all the room details in the morning, which made everything easy. Communication was handled entirely through WhatsApp, and the responses were always prompt and helpful. The room itself was spacious, cozy, and clean, with a large, comfortable bed. The common areas were also generous in size, offering plenty of space for a few guests to relax and hang out at the same time.

There are not enough lockers for the number of rooms. Only 6 lockers are not sufficient.

Really stylish place , great communication and really easy check in. Facilities were good, the room had new windows that made the room really quiet from the busy road outside. I slept really well. The shower was excellent with quality toiletteries and warm water with steady pressure. The person we spoke to prior to our arrival recommended us the parking upon request which was very helpful. The whole system run smoothly and all the info was easy to find and obtain via Watsapp chat. It was supposed to be a staff less hotel but there was someone there to welcome us which is definitely nicer than doing everything on your own. The social area/kitchen was stylish, clean and really well equipped. I loved the little touches and xtras in the rooms like quality coffee, yoga matts and polaroid cameras.

Parking was away from the site and we paid €25/day which I know is not bad for Amsterdam but still would be nicer to have it included. The hotel entrance door is going almost directly onto the bike lane and to open it you must find the code and enter it, then deal with a narrow and awkward door that slams behind you. It is a bit stressful when you are with the lagguage and the terryfied dog on the lead. Some of the utensils were little bit run down( chipped basin in the bathroom, dirty wall from moving the nightstand against it). It didn't affect the stay per se but it would be so much nicer to have it fixed.

We had three amazing days in Amsterdam! The hotel is very cool, the building itself is a courthouse from 18th century. The renovation is very contemporary. The communication with the hotel is via WhatsApp so that is very convenient.

I specifically asked for not being on the roof floor, because of the lack of natural light. However this is where we were accommodated. We had a tiny window and it was really dark all the time. We also had exposed wooden beams above the bed and the night stands, which usually it would be a nice architectural feature unless there are metal parts which can be very dangerous when you get up from the bed during the night.

Location was nice, safe and walkable to public transport and some restaurants/bars. And it was close to Amsterdam center. Room and facilities exceeded my expectations, all amenities are covered, you don't have to worry about missing something or dealing with old stuff. Extra services like bike rent and others can be inquired. Did not use the gym, but because lack of time. Shared kitchen is really nice and complete. Price is a bit high but really almost everything in Amsterdam is, and you get a great value for the money paid.

Not quite sure or instructed on the rules of the kitchen regarding the dishwasher, somedays the dishes remained dirty for quite a while. We washed our plates by hand.

Nice big room. Comfy bed. Clean bedding. Free stickers, and tote bag. door access good on phone. Spoke to a man in communal kitchen re tea bags. He was very pleasant but said he couldn't help until the morning about 9.30 or 10am. A bit late for us.

In the room, Only 1 tea bag. Not everyone drinks coffee and no milk provided. None in communal kitchen. No one to replenish. In shower and wet to find no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. All containers empty. No film in camera.

A beautiful building in a really great location. Very comfortable large bed in a very clean room.

I wish I had read the reviews about some of the standard rooms being windowless, I probably would've considered staying somewhere else or paying more for a 'superior' room - assuming that those come with the luxury of a window? There was a small skylight window that let natural light into the room but we were unable to see outside so the room did feel a little claustrophobic. Otherwise, a lovely space to stay - I just wish that I knew in advance that 'standard' means no window 😂

A very cozy hotel with small but nice rooms. Located a little outside of busy central area, it still has great transport accessibility and is surrounded by numerous cafes, shops and bars but without tons of tourists. All the processes are made completely online including opening a door into a room - you got to have your phone always charged. The room itself is equipped with all items you may found necessary (including all types of chargers and yoga mats - this is the first time I saw it in a hotel). A big common kitchen lets to store and prepare all your food and eat it then in comfortable conditions.

When multiple sources of water are used at the same time, the water turns too hot.
