We liked the space in the room and the location - near the forest for cycling in leisure time. Really near a good metro stop and a nice town centre. Helpful advice from staff about where to eat and the goat farm for breakfast (which was delightful!) I especially noticed how kind a member of staff was to a school girl when she came in at the end of the day. When I enquired about this she explained some Ukranian refugee families were staying. I was so glad to see the kindness and care shown in that brief interaction. Small acts of kindness. bravo.

The gym - far too hot and really old equipment. Some staff were great, some were not. Most were great. Not happy I hired a bike only to find brakes didn't work. This needs to be checked. when you hire equipment it should be in good working order which is the responsibility of the provider.

The staff were really helpful. The room was very soundproof and we didn't hear airplanes even though the airport is fairly nearby and you can sometimes hear airplanes when you are outside. The kitchen had what we needed. The Kronenburg Tram Stop was very close by (5 and 25 Trams).

The laundry room had 8 washing machines and 8 dryers and cost 5 euros per load, including soap. The washing machines worked great. The dryers didn't get the clothes dry even after an hour. We asked for extra clothes hangers and hung the damp clothes around the room and they were dry the next day, but it was a hassle.

The staff from the start to the finish were excellent. Very friendly and super helpful. Especially Edith she was very kind and patient and very friendly. They were responsive with any issues. It was nice to be away from the city centre and it was very close to local transport. The room was very big and spacious and had everything needed for a week long break. The room was very clean and tidy. Short walk to the local supermarkets. Great location and great staff. Made my first trip to the Netherlands very memorable. Will definitely be booking again!

Check out time- would be good if it could be around 12 especially as we were staying for a week but despite us waking up a bit late the staff were really kind and allowed us some extra time so we didn't have to rush.

Great breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Great value for money - a whole mini apartment. I was allowed check out a little earlier as well, lovely service. The place was not far from the Ziggo Dome, so I recommend to those going to see a concert or a game!

Took around 20 min walk from a station - bus or train. (Still well worth it, and they allow you to rent out bikes for cheap as well so you can technically avoid public transport.) Careful, not all buses are run by GVB.

I was specifically looking for the hotels in Amstelveen as I was traveling to attend exhibition in Cobra museum which is located nearby. Spacious and clean ,apartment like ,very well equipped rooms, friendly and supportive staff, quiet and calm location very well connected with inner city with easy access to public transport. I'd like to specially thank Milena and her counterpart that helped me out with adjusting check- out time! Thank you so much for your support! :) Would definitely recommend and surely come back next time!

Staff : 9 out of 10. Luggage storage and common washroom are very clean to use. Room and area : 8/10. only off thing is housekeeping has not cleaned our room in three days stay, no fresh towel and bedding. Location : 8/10, need to go Amsterdam Zuid all time to connect for dam square, Amsterdam central and other city center location, however the tram and metro are convenient and available till late night.

Good location for us, nice interior in the lobby. The room was spaceful. I like tall doors, high ceilings.

We were paying for three persons in a room, and one of us had a simple foldable “extra bed” bed in the living room which wasn’t that comfortable. The bedroom was noisy from another room’s bathroom drainage in the wall every morning at 5:30… The not too rich breakfast was always ran out of this and that for longer periods (20-30 minutes). The room wasn’t as stylish as we had there last time.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were only in town for one night, and the hotel was perfect for us. Pranay was incredibly helpful and provided fantastic itinerary tips for our short stay. The hotel is a short walk from two tram stations. I was traveling with my mother, who is in a wheelchair, and Pranay also went out of his way to be accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was at the top! - The room was bright and spacious, with all the facilities we needed. - The view from the panoramic windows was great! - The walls were well soundproofed. We haven't heard any noise for 5 days. - The service staff is super-duper kind and always at your disposal. - In addition, the hotel provided with the possibility to rent bicycles and enjoy riding across the forest and vicinities.

Just a kindly note, no minus. - We were unsure of where to dispose of the garbage and plastic with paper for recycling.

Very nice studio apartment. Good shower facilities, separated from the toilet. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils. Good breakfast. Close walking distance to tram st taking you to the city center in 17 min. Several supermarkets nearby. For the airport catch bus 300 a few stops away with tram no 25 (pay airport ticket on the bus with your credit card since gvb tickets can't be used on this service).

Would be nice to have hand soap available after using the toilet, instead of having to access the other room to wash hands.
