The room was spacious, well laid out, clean and cool. The room came with an airconditioning unit as advertised that was already activated meaning we where met with a cool room. The A/C was easy to use and on the entire time meaning there was no issues with temperature. The bed was a whole unit so it was very large, wide and long as one unit without a split in the middle like other hotels would use The bed itself, the linen and duvet were all very soft, comfortable and very easy to sleep in. The view was really nice, welcoming and quiet. The staff were amazing, helpful and couldnt fault them. The breakfast had a wide variety of cool food on offer including juices, coffee machines, cereals and meats aswell as the typical toast options. The hotel all round was clean, well maintained and very stylish. There was coffee facilities in the room provided in the form of a machine and capsules and adequate space to store clothing, bags and a safe for secure storage. TV provided in good quality with correct angle for bed. Solid 9/10, Only reason this isnt a 10 is because there is rarely somewhere that has NOTHING to improve but this is as close as I could get to bang on.

I really struggle here to find a problem with the hotel. If I had to pick holes, and I mean REALLY pick holes, I could say that the bathroom was a little out dated and the shower positioning on the side of the bathtup was a bit inconvenient. Also found that the curtains were a tiny but too short for some corners letting in a tiny bit of light. Seriously though, this made 0 difference to our stay however.

Good size room and bathroom, with a bath and a shower. Room was really spacious Good location for us in a nice, pretty suburb of Amsterdam, away from the bustle of the city centre. Dog friendly and free private parking were ideal. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Decor is a little dated but that's not a show stopper. Staff are great, very friendly and really helpful! Fantastic price and value!

Breakfast could have a wider range of options. More fruit, salads, etc.

Location to Amsterdam, public transport available to reach Amsterdam (9292.nl). Clean, spacious and peaceful. Plenty of free parking, including for large size vehicles. Friendly and warm staff.

Breakfast buffet selection is limited, though it's sufficient to start one's day. Ventilation in the room is only via open window. No air-conditioning, still pleasant. Unable to lock the door from inside the room ( maybe I didn't understand how to do it, do ask the staff ).

Great room on ground floor, very comfortable beds, great bathroom. Great breakfast included in our room cost. Restaurants within walking distance, others on the “Amstel “ river and shops a short drive. Great little town. Would stay here again. No air conditioner however a fan was provided.

Pillows were somewhat hard. Restaurant closed as unable to find staff which is a problem in a lot of horeca establishments.

Plenty of free parking , good room , nice shower, staff all very helpful. Although near the airport, flights and noise stops at 10pm

As the hotel was very quiet, the restaurant and bar were (understandably) closed . There is an Italian within 10 mins walk (closed Mon) but otherwise you need a car for the 4 min drive into town.

Good hotel located in a very quiet residential area. Perfect for couples and families. Great breakfast. The room had also a fridge and a safe. It is not really located in Amsterdam, but it's definitely cheaper than the alternatives in the city. The bus stop is just 5 minutes away. It takes around 50 minutes to get to Amsterdam's city center (one way ticket is around 6 euro).

The shower had no glass door, so water can sprinkle and get the whole floor in the bathroom wet.

Excellent en suite shower room. Very comfortable and clean beds. Large modern TV. Delicious breakfast with many options. Very friendly staff. Great location for the trams and buses to explore

Comfortable room. I stayed in a junior suite which was much larger than I was expecting. Good selection of items at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The restaurant wasn't open for dinner over the weekend. However the staff did allow us to order takeaway to eat in the bar

In the breakfast area, all the tables had proper distance with each other. They were not very near, as usually these are very near in other hotels

There should have been a half wall OR a glass door in bathroom at shower side, so that shower's water doesn't goes out from the shower area until the bathroom's main door

There was free parking in front of the hotel. Staff was extremely nice :) We had quite a big room for all of us (2 adults, 4-year-old, 6-year-old). Breakfast was quite nice, but we had to pay separately for it.

It was quite cold in the room as windows were open when we arrived. However, there was air conditioner in the room that helped to heat up the room a bit.
