Honestly, this is the best hotel room I have even stayed in. Amazing bed, great bathroom (lightning could not be so orange though, putting make up on was a bit of a challenge), comfortable seats by the window, and the location is great if you are visiting the city for a concert in Afas Live or Ziggo Dome, like we did. Breakfast was also very delicious, and staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Do not get me wrong, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. However, be sure about the payments you have made. First, the hotel charged me twice for the room when I had to add a different credit card to my account. Truth to be told - I have been refunded momentarily after contacting the hotel. Second, I always choose “breakfast included” option. A few days before we arrive I received an automatic message, that breakfast is not included, but I can add it for additional charge. The same came up when we checked in. Both times I asked staff to check again, and everything was fine at the end. Therefore, I suggest to keep record of your payments.

Beds are HUUUUGE. Was lovely. And each room has a Nespresso machine and a yoga mat. Nice touches.

Check in was slow and the lobby didn't really fit the queue of people waiting to check in. Seems madness in the 21st century that hotel check-in still requires *writing your email address onto bits of paper and signing paper printouts*.

Everything was of a very high standard. The room was lovely, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. It is far from the centre but there is a metro stop 5 minutes away. In the centre you will pay the same money for a hotel 3 floors below. I would definitely choose it again.

It's not exactly a negative. It's more of a complaint. We arrived at 1:00 PM and while the hotel was empty, so probably had a room available, we waited until 3:00 PM to check in. It should be noted that I had informed the day before that we would arrive a little earlier.

Location was good. It was near the train and metro station. And you can easily get to the centre and to the airport also. breakfast was good I paid for it. But I think it is high price. Actually you can see 3 different price for breakfast and it can confuse you. We wanted twin room and they firstly gave for us double. But then faster found what we wanted. Size of rooms was great. Hotel situated near the arena where many concerts were and Johan Cruijff Arena. We had problem after we checked out. When we checked in and checked out. Nobody from staff said us you must pay extra for city tax. Actually I paid all taxes and fees which was included to the price. there was a misunderstanding and we solved it by helping Genius service. I searched many hotels in Amsterdam the size of rooms and reviews about cleaning was not so good. But this hotel was good. A little bit pricier but not too bad

Great Location and Comfortable Stay The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5-7 minute walk from two railway stations, making it super convenient for travel. The area is picturesque and offers beautiful surroundings, adding to the charm of the stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Fresh bottled drinking water, clean towels, linen, toiletries—everything was provided, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. A major plus was the Albert Heijn supermarket, just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. There are also several eateries close by, offering various dining options. The hotel breakfast was decent, offering a good variety to start the day off right. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it and come back again!

However, there’s some room for improvement in the internet connection and TV screening. The internet could be more reliable, and the TV connection wasn’t the most seamless, which could be better for guests looking to unwind in the room. Overall, it was a great experience, and with a few improvements in connectivity, it would be even better!

The reception staff are very friendly and helped us with everything we needed, even providing charging cables that we didn’t have. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. Our room was absolutely clean and equipped with everything you might need: a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee, a coffee machine, towels and tissues, and even a yoga mat :) The location is great—just a 15-minute train ride to the city center, with many cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The rooms have excellent soundproofing and offer a great view. There is a 24-hour front desk and a restaurant inside the hotel. Highly recommend!

The only thing that disappointed me was that I had booked a special request for my boyfriend’s birthday, ordering balloons, a garland, fruits, and chocolate. In the end, there were only about three balloons, and they didn’t hang the garland, even though I paid €30 for everything. However, the signature chocolate and fruits were really delicious! I don’t consider this a major drawback, but I was a bit upset. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel itself was nice: modern, stylish, clean, and spacious.

Unfortunately, the staff left a very bad impression. They were unfriendly and even a bit rude. When I arrived after a 9-hour flight, tired and unwell, several staff members stood together but no one properly acknowledged me until I had to initiate the interaction myself. They also refused early check-in, even for an extra fee, and I had to wait for 4 hours in the lobby. Considering the size of the hotel, I believe they could have found a solution to make my wait more comfortable. It felt like they simply didn’t care.

So the hotel is very close to Ziggo Dome so if youre going to concert or fotball game at AJAX arena I would reccommend this hotel. Apart from that it is not very long way to the city centre - like 10 min walk to train/metro and then 10 min to the city. Hotel rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable and you have two pillows so the sleep was good. My only problem is that the bathroom is orange and you cant really do your makeup there (because of the light), but it was clean. Very nice thing we had - sitting spot near the window. Apart from that location nice, room nice and the staff were nice too. We left our luggage in the luggage room so that is a possibility too.

The bathroom is orange which is not my preference because of the light and I had a little problem with the buttons in the shower. Apart from that everything was fine.

The hotel is fun and comfortable. The rooms are decorated well with seating at large windows and comfy beds. There is adequate storage and a desk. TV worked well. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were very quiet - heard very little in the corridor and nothing from other rooms, so we slept very well. We were there for an event at the Ziggo dome and this was a perfect location. The train station is 5 mins walk, there are a few food options and a supermarket in the same area. 30 mins into Amsterdam and 20 mins to Utrecht, direct train from airport - all very easy.

The lighting wasn’t great - nowhere to do make up a bring a lit mirror! Some dust on skirting boards only visible when we sat on floor to try and get the best make up light.

Very modern and stylist hotel. Excellent space in the room. Bathroom was very nice and shower was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. Great location, it is 2 stops from the airport and about 20 minutes on the metro into Amsterdam central. The bench/seat area along the window is a great use of space and a nice addition to the room. Tea and coffee provided was great, and the fact there was a fridge allowed us to buy stuff and store it. Really good storage space for clothes and shoes and cases. There was a concert next door when we were there and we never heard a thing, even when people left we were not woken up. Really lovely hotel, every thing was clean. Plenty of options available to have your room cleaned or towels changed or anything topped up. There was a restaurant but we didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that. Toilets in the lobby were very clean also. We loved it!

There is a coffee machine in the lobby which you had to pay for but would have been nice if it was complimentary on check in.
