Clean, comfortable room. Nice practical chair and table to be able to work in the evening. Location is fine, it has a good "reach" (close to train / Metro). Also I love Utrecht and it's only 15 minutes by train from there (but damn, prices are high if you like us will travel across the Netherlands by train constantly)

* Breakfast was OK, but there were no warm dishes. No omelette, no sausages. A lot of different breads and buns (Dutch style) but I'm not a big fan of either * Shower was semi-broken, spilling water all around Both aren't critical, I still left high mark, but I would leave even higher (especially if breakfast was better)

I would like to mention the specific issue with the third bed: "In the hotel room, the third bed had exposed metal hardware on the side, which caused discomfort and even injured my leg. It was slightly dangerous and made my stay unpleasant. I had to use a towel to cover the exposed hardware while moving around the bed. To improve safety and comfort, it would be great if the hotel could address this issue by fixing or covering the metal hardware. Additionally, outside of Arena station, I encountered numerous people trying to engage in conversation, which made me uncomfortable. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider ways to enhance security and guest comfort in this area.

Great breakfast. Continental style with hot eggs. Stayed in a double room and they supplied an extra bed as there was 3 of us. Location is good, 10 minute walk from Bijlmer Arena station.

Easy to find and get to, metro station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and bus stop right outside

We were told upon arrival that breakfast was on until 11 and we went down to breakfast around 10.10 and they started to pack things away about 5 minutes after that. So breakfast wasn’t really a success on the first morning

Good selection for continental breakfast. Gluten free food kept separate. Rooms cleaned daily if you put your sign on the door early Close to train and bus station

Not enough gluten free choices for dinner. Advertise a shuttle bus to and from the airport, that does not run

The facilities are modern. I liked the bed and the bathroom was clean. The best part is that it was a good value for money. The location is far from the city center but is good.

The breakfast was a little bit unorganized. Few tables for many costumers.

It was an excellent hotel. The food was amazing. The hotel itself not located in downtown but It has an excellent connection.

The staff was friendly and helpful and they let us in 2hrs before the official check in time. The metro station is in the vicinity of the hotel.

The AC in the room couldn't be controlled and it was quite cold during the nights.
