The hotel could not be easier to find! I walked out of the train station exit, and there it was! Even though I was early, the girl at the front counter let me check in 30 minutes early. There are USB plugs on each side of the bed and at the table/mirror. Really, for the price, it's basically what I expected. It is SUPER close to all the music venues. I went to see a concert at Ziggo Dome, and it was easily a 5 minute walk. There is a supermarket next door, so eating cheaper than a restaurant was super easy. And there were lots of ready made sandwiches and salads. Bed was comfortable, and so were the pillows. It was relatively quiet, except for the concert going on my first night. I didn't hear anyone in the rooms next to me. I heard some water running one morning, but that's it.

The air conditioning would just turn on and it got super cold. (Great if you like it cold!) It was easy enough to turn off, though. I would have liked a chain lock or something similar on the door. Even though the supermarket was next door, there was no refrigerator in the room to keep food/drinks cold. (Though leaving the AC on, may have solved that. Lol!) I could hear everything in the hallway. If you're facing the AFAS side, you will hear the concert/music word for word in the room. Luckily, the show ended at 1am, then everything was quiet.

Nice and simple check in procedure, I had made a slight mistake in my booking, and Niki the manager had no problem helping me solve it. Comfy beds, clean rooms, air con is excellent, showers are basic but good water pressure and temperature control and the soap provided smelled fantastic. Checking out is as simple as handing in your key cards and leaving, and you're not hounded by housekeeping when you get close to check out time which is appreciated. Bijlmer Arena is a little bit out of the centre of Amsterdam if that's where you are planning to visit, but it's a short train ride and the train station is right next door. Will be returning for my yearly festival trips now.

The hotel is quite basic. No restaurant or fancy features, but you get what you pay for and what you get it's fantastic.

The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and overall the hotel was great for the price. Even though it was a bit difficult to get to at first, we didn’t regret it the next morning since we could easily explore the AJAX stadium. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would most likely come back — just not in a triple room.

Getting to the hotel was quite a challenge. I couldn’t find clear information online, and since we were traveling by car, we ended up driving in circles in the middle of the night as first-time visitors to Amsterdam — with road construction making it worse. We didn’t realize right away that you have to park before accessing the hotel. We booked mainly because the price was attractive, without realizing it’s next to the arena. Another issue was in the double room, where the AC was blowing directly above the beds, so my family had to turn it off. The bathroom glass was also more see-through than expected, and in the triple room, sharing the space wasn’t ideal. Let’s just say if someone used the toilet, everyone else knew it too (haha).

I booked this hotel to attend BTS Seokjin's concert and it was a great choice! Firstly it is right next to the train station - Bijlmer Arena so very convinent when taking the train from the airport. The staff are very friendly, rooms are nice I shared with a friend and it is literally a 5-10 minute walk to the arena depending on your pace. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby too!

The hotel is nice I do wish they provided slippers in the room and a bottle of water. They do have a vending machine though that seems to have everything you would need except slippers :) but this is not a huge deal. Overall liked my stay!

Fast easy check in with passport and filling in one form. Great location with a supermarket next door and multiple restaurants and a movie theater if you have want to catch a movie and close by a subway / train station. Best to take subway to the city centre and visit different locations. At reception there is discounts for many things you should check. Out of the elevator there is a vending machine, great if you got there late and shops are already closed. Room is ok size, mainly for sleeping and got good amount of plugs and USB-A chargers. Also wifi is easy to connect without any issues and showed 6g wifi and was quick without any issues.

TV is quite small and was not connected to the network so could not watch TV. The bathroom door opens odd way to get into the shower. The water of the shower wasn't constant temperature it has flashes of really warm and cold. Was big event across the street and was loud till late, though windows was closed could slightly hear people after the event on the streets being noisy. Very late at night woke up as could hear water running and not sure if it was the airco or people taking shower very late at night. Also very early morning can hear some machine cleaning the streets very very early, so best not sleep to close to the window and keep window closed.

Location is great many restaurants bars and grocery shops around, with areas to sit outside and relax. Transport is excellent, right in front. Very nice looking area

Annoying to have to pay for an early check in but that’s understood; another thing is having to pay to store our luggage in the mean time. Lock on room door extremely hard to open and close. Tv too small and way too high to use. Bins got full quickly and it was not asked of us if we needed to empty it. Had to pay for later check in. Little exceptions and gestures go a long way for a better review; would still stay again

Very good position, near Bijlmer ArenA, train, bus, metro, and cabs, very good rooms, with all you need for a short vacation. Hot water at any time and heating system. Excelent bed. Free wifi and TV, seif for the laptop, food vending machine at each floor. Security card to enter the venue, to the elevator and to enter into the room.The coffee you can buy at the reception is absolutely great. There is a coffee machine there and you can buy at any time. Reception open 24/24, 7/7. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. There is a secured possibility to left the luggage after check-out or before check-in. Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay there and I thank to Nikki and to all other members of the staff.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights for Het Grote Songfestivalfeest at the Ziggo Dome. The hotel was in a great location for this as it was only 5 minutes from the arena, 1 minute from the station, and 15 minutes from the city centre on the metro. There are a few shops and bars in the area. Staff were expectionally friendly and helpful. The room was basic but not bad. The beds and shower/toilet were clean.

The room was a little cold! We did try to turn the heating up but it didn't feel like it got any warmer. The bed covers were cosy enough so it wasn't a big issue. There are also no tea/coffee facilities in the room, so you have to go to reception and pay there.

The property was quiet which was a surprise given the location. It was perfectly located near a supermarket and the metro/ train/ bus station. It took a bit longer to get into Amsterdam than I expected but it was significantly cheaper than central Amsterdam.

The floors were tiled which wasn’t very cosy and meant our feet got dusty and dirty. The bathroom is a wet room rather than having a separate cubical for the shower so the floor got quite wet. Could do with a table as there was limited space to put our belongings.

I've been traveling to Amsterdam for about 17 years, and I have family that lives near Bijlmer, so this hotel was a great choice. Excellent location right by the metro and train station. The staff was very friendly, we got our room at 2:30 pm and didn't have to pay for early check-in (it's from 3 pm). The room was perfectly adequate, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. What surprised me positively was that there was no noise at all. Not from the neighbors, nor from the hallway, nor from outside, which is very surprising because the trains and metro run right next to it. My only small comment is about the water, it changed temperature while showering, but it wasn't anything terrible. In summary, the room was small, but clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything was absolutely fine. We will definitely be back and thank you!
