The property is located next to the zoo, so it means that it takes 20 mins to get to the city centre. Neighbourhoods is pretty quiet despite the windows were in front of the road. There was enough space in the room to feel comfortable to unpack and pack everything back. Also hosts provide a coffee capsules, tea etc. so if you want to get coffee in the morning to do need to worry about it.

Actually it was really good stay. I would say that the only thing which I notice it is really dark light. Illumination in the room is not so strong so you cannot recognise if anything is dirty. Also very bad illumination around bathroom mirror, really very had to do make up. And even to check your face do you mostly you see this bright circle mirroring in your eyes.

The location is fantastic—peaceful yet well-connected. You're not right in the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still just a quick tram ride away. It’s situated right across from the zoo, where I even enjoyed my morning coffee with a view of the flamingos! 🦩 Grocery stores are also just a short walk away, making everything super convenient.

We experienced a slight delay receiving the QR code for entry, as the room wasn't ready upon arrival. I had to call the property, but thankfully, the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped with essentials. Unfortunately, our last night was disrupted by a group of teenagers having a party in the unit above, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great location easy access to tram to the city. Walking distance to supermarkets. Well appointed and nice and clean.

No access to drop bags prior to check-in so had to travel to city with the bags on a tram to deposit in bag storage (and pay). Door code was not supplied until sometime after check-in time leaving us sitting outside of the accommodation in the rain trying to contact the accommodation to get access. There were also other travellers waiting outside in the same position. Also, be mindful to request single level room if an issue with stairs. We had a 2 level studio which was fine for us, but maybe not so good for people with issue with winding staircase.

De Jonker studios were quiet, private, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen utensils. The location was perfect as there was a tram station right outside and it was not too far to walk to the main centre of the city, if you chose to walk rather than take the tram. Self check in was also a winner.

The studio could do with a proper and thorough clean. Carpet was filthy. Marks / dirt on the walls. I washed all kitchen utensils and crockery before using them as the draws and cupboards looked unsatisfactory.

The house is in a quiet area not far from a city center. You can find all the useful kitchenware in the apartment. The bed was very big. The apartment was very spacious, too. There was a hairdryer, clean towels, toilet paper, complimentary tea/coffee, dishwasher, microwave, and stove.

It is a bit dark inside, you never know if it is evening or morning. We suggest installing better lightning, especially in the living room. Also, there could be some shelves too. The thing we didn't understand was the garden door. When we came, the garden door was unlocked, so we were able to open it and get some fresh air. However, after a few days, someone locked it. When we asked a girl who was cleaning one of the rooms, why is it closed? She said it is a private area only for hotel staff, so that's why we can't open it. That's a mystery for us, because we couldn't get fresh air.

Property is in a good location that is residential but still close enough to the city center that you can have maybe a 10 or 15 minute walk but since it’s residential, you can go to the grocery store find cheaper food and more laid-back coffee shops that are more frequented by locals and are less crowded. It’s also next to the train to the airport. The rooms are also nice and clean and some even have access to the back patio.. this is my second or third time staying at this property and the Turkish restaurant next-door is also very delicious. Specifically, the Turkish pizzas and the zoo across the street is also an amazing zoo.

There’s nothing to like about the property. I’ve stayed in three different rooms upstairs and one downstairs that was a duplex. They both are clean decorated well and we also appreciate the kitchen appliances, coffee maker, stove, top, and some microwave.

The check-in process was very convenient. The room was clean, and all the necessary appliances for cooking were available. The bed linen in the bedroom was fresh and clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. We especially appreciated the slippers and bathrobes provided. The shower was well-equipped with everything we needed.

1. It would be appreciated if there were more hooks for towels in the bathroom. 2. In room 12, due to the cold draft coming from the window near the head of the bed, we had no other option but to move the pillows to the other side and sleep that way.

It is a pity I just had 1 night in this apartment! I had a business meeting before, in a hotel paid by the company, twice as expensive and with pretty small rooms. De Jonker is impressive: my room (number 17) was a real mini-apartment, very comfortable, with good lighting, temperature, very comfortable bed. There is a lift to go up with any suitcase. My winter jacket got soaking wet in the rain, and in the apartment I discovered that the floor in the bathroom is heated, so just spreaded the jacket on the floor overnight to dry it! There is a kettle, a coffee machine, and actually a whole kitchen!

I don't like when the only shower option is the "rain" from the ceiling, no manual attachment, so there is no way to shower without wetting my hair.

The room was excellent- spacious, modern, quiet and comfortable. The location was good and the staff helpful.

It's a shame that there was no storage facility available for bags.

We had a 2 bed apartment which was very spacious. Facing the back it was so peaceful and quiet, overlooking lovely gardens. The restaurants next door, kebabs, Chinese both fantastic food. Lots of others we didn’t get a chance to try. Huge Supermarket 10 minute walk, and city centre a very beautiful and scenic 15-20 minutes walk. Tram also outside the front door. Special thanks to the young man at the front desk (can’t remember his name, but great hair and a few tats😊), so helpful and friendly.

I would have loved hanging racks in each bedroom as the one in the passage wasn’t quite enough for both of us once my husband got to it first! Instructions on how to use the combination oven/microwave would have saved me a lot of time trying to reheat my leftover kebab 😆
