Lovely place, well furnished and great location. The building was gorgeous. Sadly the roof sky windows didn’t have any blinds or way to cover them so we got woken up by the daylight everyday.

Great location, very comfy beds and the fact of having a kitchen makes breakfast very easy.

Clean room, great facilities, loads of room. Lovely aera. Great craft beer bar nearby.

It's just a little too far from the main attractions, eg, Heineken Museum, Red Light District. When we arrived we needed a pin to enter the room and we had to upload all of our passports but some of our party had gone for drinks, probably our fault but meant the rest of us couldnt get into the apartment. I never got an email explaining this, but again, it was probably a once off mistake. Also, download Uber. It's almost 50% cheaper than flagging a taxi on the street or airport.

We loved the location - bus and tram stops nearby in addition to lots of cafes, supermarket and a walk along the canal. It is only a short bus ride from central station but feels like a local neighbourhood and was quiet in the mornings. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well supplied with basics to help with self catering. There was also easy access to replacement towels, extra coffee etc which was a really nice touch.

We didn't really like the anonymity of the hotel with no staff around to ask questions. We stayed for 5 nights and the lift was not working for the the whole time and we did not see any attempt to fix it. We were on the 2nd floor (steep steps) and older people may have struggled with baggage and frequent use of the steps. The bathroom was also a little awkward with water coming out of the shower and nowhere to dry the towels. I also think for the price we paid (we did book last minute) that there could have been basic cleaning or making the bed every couple of days.

They let me know that the room was ready earlier which made my first day at Amsterdam so much easier, also gave pin to leave the luggage after checkout. Nice kitchen, lots of wardrobe space and a nice sitting area. Location was nice with few coffee places and nice food stores nearby. a bus stop leading towards train station was just outside the hotel door, and the tram going to the tram station was basically around the corner. There is no staff in the building but they communicated via whatsapp very well. I travelled solo and felt safe.

My first impression was wow, but then - as much as I heated the room, the bathroom stayed super cold especially the floors (I lived on the ground floor), and the shower had no doors so water ended up all over the place, I had to use most of the clean towels to stop it. The stairs towards the bed seemed dangerous, and waiting for a trauma to happen.

Very convenient location, very close to bus and tram stations and very close to grocery stores. We were able to settle into our apartment/hotel and stay comfortable with a large family here.

It wasn't so clear upon booking that room service is only once per week and additional cleaning is at cost. The bathroom shower requires the use of a rubber squeegie to ensure water doesn't splash everywhere. One of our rooms didn't have a squeegie and this caused some discomfort. There is an elevator on premises that was not working, which was a small problem for my elderly parent who was located on the top floor.

Apartments were good and fully equipped with all requirements, the location was also good with nearby restaurants, supermarkets and facilities/attractions at walking distance

No. 1 problem was the continue septic bad odor in one room toilet; even when the problem was reported every day the management was not able to resolve this issue. No. 2 the facility show an elevator available in booking.com, by the time we arrived elevator was not working and it never worked during the days in the hotel. No. 3 no cleaning service at the rooms; when the top window was left open to mitigate the bad smell a los of leaves, and dust came to the room, and we have to clean ourselves on a daily basis; change of towels were upon request; and garbage cans where never takes from the rooms

Good location, easy to catch a bus or tram to the centre. Good (maybe even excessive) communication from the staff with the check-in/check-out instructions. Tea/coffee is a nice touch. Good wi-fi, warm in the room.

The property is somewhat expensive for the value it offers. There are no wardrobes or hangers at the door, so you have to hang your coats next to the bed. It is hard to keep water on the floor contained within the shower area and it spills over into the rest of the bathroom. The windows face a busy road, which didn't bother us a lot when they were closed, but could be a problem if we opened them.

The bed was large and very comfortable. There were a number of restaurants and cafe's nearby. The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen (no toaster though) and there are two supermarkets close by. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. There was free coffee, chocolates and biscuits to help yourself too in the foyer. A lift can take your lugguage up to floor one or two (the lift is not for people).There's also a laundry room where you are welcome to use the washing machines / dryer for free. I enjoyed my stay here.

There were a couple of very warm days and there is no air conditioning in the room. There is a window you can open (when its not raining) and a floor fan however these sadly didn't seem to make much difference.

The kitchen had everything, cups , bowls , colander all you need to cook. They also had a dishwasher so I did not have to worry about washing the dishes . Amazing location , the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the tram is a couple of minutes walk. Spacious room for 3 . Amazing restaurants nearby . I would stay here again .

I feel it could have been cleaner. The fridge had a black mold at the bottom. The staff had requested it to be cleaned . Housekeeping cleaned it but could not clean it fully. The dishwasher rack was broken but I used only the top rack so it was okay . They allow us to use the elevator only for luggage. We stayed on the first floor so they let us keep the stroller in the lobby .

One room - Duplex, the above sleeping arrangements can be a bit claustrophobic - low ceiling - and the storage units are below. Queen bed - single bed and a pull-out sofa bed if you do not want to climb the stairs, my friend did slip twice on the way down. Their elevator is an experience, but don't be afraid. Coffee tray in the room, and you can always pass by the reception for free hot drinks, biscuits, and free fruit, I think. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Full kitchenette, with all amenities for cooking, but why cook? Laundry room available on site.

10 Euros for clean towels seems a bit much since you are still paying normal hotel rates in the area, but you can laundry the towels yourself, and detergent is free at the reception. it is a 15-minute bike ride to the center but it's easy. TV channels are IPTV and the connection was bad most of the time.
