Perfect short stay parking, elegant layout, overall friendly personnel, nice rooms.

Because we exceeded the €100 deposit with €11 on roomservice. Someone tried to enter our room at 3 AM in the morning, followed by a letter under the door that we had to get to reception asap. Which disturb us and woke us up. We booked the hotel to have a good night sleep for an early flight, this was ruined without a proper apology from the staff, only explaining that this was procedure. We explained that especially with two ladies in the room this was very inappropriate.

The food. But next time we are going to try the Sheraton. It's closer and we are curious. We have always for 20 years stayed at the Hilton airport Amsterdam, for the convenience and food. But will now try the Sheraton.

I was upset that I PAID extra for a King Room with Lounge access and the Lounge was closed. I did not get a return for the lack of the Lounge. This isn't the 1st time I booked this way and the Lounge was closed. Not during covid, but after. No pre-knowledge or note from Hilton that the Lounge would be closed. But they surely took the extra fee for the room.

Excellent Hotel. Very convenient.

There needs to be signage in the actual airport with an arrow to guide one in the correct direction to find the hotel. It is not enough to have signage on the escalator outside. It took me ages to find the escalator which leads to the hotel.

I had to unexpectedly book a night at the Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol after missing a flight due to a delayed arrival from Zurich—and I’m so glad I did. The hotel is seamlessly connected to the terminal via a covered walkway, making it incredibly convenient after a long and stressful travel day. Despite being an airport hotel, the atmosphere is calm and refined. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and completely soundproof—an ideal place to rest and regroup. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-appointed. Staff were efficient, professional, and empathetic to the situation, which I appreciated. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the facilities—from the lounge to the restaurant—were top-class. What began as a travel disruption ended up being a surprisingly restful and comfortable experience. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable, high-quality stay right at the airport.

Location: Very conveniently located within the airport. Quick check in and check out. Comfortable bed. Nice and spacious bathroom. There is a supermarket and other shops nearby in case you need anything.

There are no signs for the hotel (and the other hotels that are nearby) within the airport. When I asked the person who checked me in about it he said that the airport doesnt allow that. So if you have booked a this hotel: you have to go through customs, exit the airport area. Then turn to the right (there is an information point). Then you turn left. From there you will see the sign for the hotel. The room service menu was very limited. Burger, Pizza, Sandwich, Soup. I would expect to see a little bit more on the menu. Prices for the mini bar were extremely high. 5 euros for a soda! (Hence: go and buy it at the supermarket:-)).

The hotel room was quiet and spacious, with a great bathroom including space for toiletries. Tap water is drinkable. It was convenient for the airport and there were trolleys available. The atrium view was nice and there was a view to the airport from the walkways.

The bed was hard and we needed a topper which was provided at request. We had just travelled through a lot of Scandinavia and were used to the memory foam toppers which were used in nearly all the hotels and ships on which we stayed. There was a charge for a small bottle of water which was only complimentary at higher loyalty levels. I thought it insulting to have to pay $4 for drinking water and the idea that you need to stay more with Hilton to 'qualify' for a cheap bottle of water is a joke. With the quality of the hotel and the price one paid, a complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch! While it is an airport hotel, it is still quite a walk from the terminal to the hotel.

I booked this hotel for its location. It was more than I would normally spend but the convenience and ease of being able to walk into the airport was brilliant. The train station comes directly into the airport and the covered walkway to the hotel takes less than 10 minutes. The meal in the restaurant was wonderful. We had an early flight so we didn't get to sample breakfast. The room and facilities were great. Actual carpet on the floor which was a delight after walking around sight-seeing.

The price of a bottle of water from the little 'shop' on the ground floor was extortionate!

The Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is architecturally stunning — truly one of the most beautifully designed airport hotels I’ve seen. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute indoor walk from the terminal, which makes it perfect for travelers or events near the airport. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, international options — definitely a highlight of the stay!

However, I was surprised to find that there were no complimentary toiletries in the toilet and no free drinking water provided in the room, which felt a bit unexpected for a hotel of this level.

We stopped at the Hilton for 1 night after our flight was cancelled from Schiphol, while we were waiting for our luggage i was able to go online and book and within in 5 mins were were at reception at the hotel and everything had been arranged. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed including after a stressful day of delays from Zurich to Amsterdam and then finding out our flight to Birmingham had been Cancelled. There was a large bathroom with a Bath which we made use of as well as a walk in shower. Tea and Coffee making facilities as well as a stocked fridge, free WIFI.

The only issue i would have is that we would have liked to eat in the restaurant but this had just shut as we arrived at 10.00 and didnt fancy anything from the room service so we didnt have anything to eat

The room was fabulous and comfortable. The Hotel easy to find from the airport and easy to get to. Bar and restaurant lovely. Loved the big towels in the bathrooms.

I was double charged for the room! When checking in they asked for a card for extras and when I asked is this all they putting on the card they said yes but actually billed for the room as well which I had already paid for through Booking.com! When the charge went through on my card and I went down to reception to complain they said they would sort it out and reverse it as I had proof I had already paid for the room. The next morning I had a very rude check-out clerk who said it wasn't charged but in fact has been!!!
