We loved the beautiful lication! Right actoss a quiet road from the river and the 4 large windows of our room looked on to it. The kitchen is lovely and has everything you need for simple self catering. The supermarket and local shops and cafes were within a 15- 20 minute walk. We caught the number 12 bus into Utrecht from the bus stop a 12 minute walk away- so much more convenient than getting the train. The riverside walk into the village is beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed sitting at the restaurant terrace with a drink.

The room was very warm as our stay coincided with unusually hot weather - there is no air conditioning as it's a traditional old Dutch property. And the decor is a bit dated. But none of this mattered due to all of the positives including wonderful staff and beautiful location. We loved our 3 night stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect service !! Really kind!! Rooms nice modernized but respect the style of the older house. ( bring blinds for the eyes if you like a dark room ) ☺️ Bed confortable and every facility nice and clean. Breakfast services at the table and a lot of choice 🙌🏻 Write infront of the b&b you have nice walk along the river or go behind the restaurand and have a long walk ( bike ride) next to fealts farms and river !! Would recomand !

Location...quiet Heritage building with view over the river.. Lovely surroudings and restaurant close by.

I had a bad fall as I tripped on a step into the kitchen . They would do well to put some light coloured tape there or a warning sign! My knee is badly injured and I have been unable to continue my holiday as intended. Still hindering mobility after 6 days.

The atmosphere inside and outside is really nice. I liked the style (picture and color) in the room, the four windows going towards the river and landscape. The "help yourself to drinks" downstairs, the breakfast, also the facility to sit and have your drink outside or in the comfortable terrace under a roof. We had two single beds which you could leave together or pull apart (I found mine a little small, but for my friend it was just right). The half hour walk along the Vecht to aperitif and dinner is beautiful.

We had a great time. It was clean, cozy, warm and comfortable. They welcomed us with a warm attitude and courtesy. There are great places around to walk, it's peaceful and one can fully enjoy. I recommend! 😌

A beautiful property in a stunning location right on the river bank. The room was very well appointed with everything you need. The breakfast was excellent. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful giving advice on nearby attractions. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Great location, our room has two windows with riverview. Great shower. Hosts were excellent.

It is advertised as bed and breakfast, which means that breakfast is included; this was disappointing when we were asked if we needed breakfast and how much extra it was. The breakfast was great by the way.

The place is very cosy and the room had a great view of the river and boats going by. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always greet us with a smile in their face and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent. We will come back and hopefully next time we will have a better weather
