- The hotel is right in the city center which is great - The hotel rooms are very spacious with more then enough room for 2 people - The breakfast was very varied and tasted great. There were a lot of tee's to choose from and the staff during breakfast was exceptionally nice - The room was clean - You have access to the balcony with a pretty nice view of the town center - The staff speaks fluent english

- The corridors and the stairs are very narrow so if multiple people are going in opposite directions its a tight squeeze - The elevator is very small - The coak hangers in the room were broken

Excellent city centre location, friendly helpful staff at reception and in the breakfast room. Decent bathroom. Nice having a balcony. Quiet even though in the city centre. Tea and coffee facilities. Good breakfast.

The room (38) was cramped. I suspect it had been a single room and now has a double bed with access to only one side of the bed. The cord on the bedside lamp was too short for the location of the bedside table. More fresh fruit and yogurts at breakfast. The public area/bedroom decor was a little old fashioned.

Excellent location. Amazing view of the city. Clean spacious and comfortable room. Slept very well each night. Staff very friendly and helpful - happy to keep our bags before and after checkout. Nothing too much trouble. Great having free hot drinks both in our room and in the lounge 24 hours daily. Free sweets and cakes near reception! Fantastic 3 night stay. Thank you :-)

The hotel is very well located, just a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Centraal. The room was large enough with a decent bathroom and sufficient storage for a short stay in the city

The room's cleanliness left a little to be desired with stains on the desk chair's arms and seat. The coffee machine had not had a thorough clean out, either. The shower unit had a curtain, rather than a water-tight door, which meant the bathroom floor became a little slippery after use

Very good location, 10 minutes walk from train station and five minutes to historic Center. Some good restaurants and bars close by. Continental breakfast satisfactory full stuff

Overall hotel was good but for a modern hotel a couple of small things were strange, no bedside lamp, you could not put a plug in the sink which meant water had to keep running all the time if washing or shaving, breakfast room not on all on one level ie two steps up from food to eating area. Minor issues but just highlighting them all the same.

Convenient location to the historic center and the train station. We stayed here before and that’s why we returned as we like the area.

We stayed here previously in the main building, but this time we got a room in the attached building in the basement level. The room seemed dark and due to being on ground level we could not leave our door open to get fresh air. One night it was very noisy late at night. If we had had this room on our first visit, we would not have returned. We had asked for a twin room and instead got a triple, which made the space very crowded for only two people.

The location is perfect for the Tivoli and also the train station and shopping centre - that’s why I stayed here. The bed was very comfortable and the staff I met were all very nice and pleasent! The wifi was really fast and didn’t lose connection. I personally had a beautiful room and view and didn’t encounter any noise over the 3 days.

It was just very old for the price you pay. The bed and bathroom weren’t old so that’s most important to me, power outlets can be annoying in old hotels.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. Our TV didn't work and we contacted reception. Someone actually came!! Little morning treats everyday at reception was lovely touch. Right in the centre, we lucked in a Saturday market within a few meters of the hotel. We didn't have our room serviced each day, by choice. But there were always clean towels and replacement teas and coffee at reception.

We had a mall room almost to the back that overlooked residential apartments. It was surprisingly quiet and the balcony doors are well sealed. However the residents and other guests smoke and the doors were shut most of the time making the room pretty stuffy.

I dislike doing checkmark rating but prefer to write the paragraph. I will return with pleasure. Great location, easy train access (Netherlands have the best train system in Europe), massive, massive mall 100 meters away, plus one or two blocks from the warren of alleyways and small streets that is the old town. Utrect is meticulously clean, and one cafe is if possible better than the next, thus impossible to pick a favorite. Bottom line. No problem choosing this hotel on my next visit.

Germany has its problems, but the German hotel breakfast bacon is better than Netherland’s hotel bacon. This is a Wisconsin farm boy speaking. You can guess that I am nitpicking?

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shops and station among others. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The balcony was very nice. The room had electric kettle, among other things.

The shower gel, hand wash were out both next to the bath tub and the wash basin, and would have expected someone to check before new guests arrive. Thankfully had my own product. Coffee Machine did not work, but tea was provided. Also would appreciate a bottle of water.
