The staff was very friendly. The hotel room was very comfortable. The option of early check-in is amazing. The location is good.

The breakfast did not have so many choices.

The rooms are very confortable and quiet (surprising with this location). We had a family room, which is basically 2 double rooms connected : perfect !! The kids were tired so we had dinner at the hotel. We didn’t expect anything but what a nice surprise ! The dinner was delicious (hamburgers, steak and grilled fish - desserts very nice too). The staff was incredibly friendly and they adapted the orders to our kids wishes ! The breakfast buffet was also amazing, and both kids didn’t pay. Truly a good surprise !

The only negative thing is that windows in the bedrooms don’t open and it was too warm at night. But with the AC on, no problem !

Great location as it’s near the station but far enough from noise. Restaurants and shopping mall nearby. Secure parking. The staff are wonderful greeting you and in the restaurant. The food is pretty good. No fuss hotel. Quality hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights (work) we try to only ask for minimal room make up service when required. The towels were replaced but we expected the sheets to be changed at least once and the room ‘refreshed’ but was not done. We paid for parking for the whole time up front but there is no guarantee of a spot so most nights had to wait for a spot to become free..perhaps there needs to be spots only for those pre paid? We had to turn the heating off as they are small rooms so got very hot.

Location was fine, although images can be quite misleading, staff not well coordinated and strangely not aware about room freshner, deo, Fragnance. Everydays cleaning also not upto the the mark or standards. Body wash was also not filled before and even after reminder got only filled on last day of visit. Breakfast seems to be monotonous with no coordination among staff about the time too! Certain days upto 11AM and on certai days 10:30am, but no one felt like informing Customers in advance.

Location was best, close to train station.

we booked the family rooms connecting rooms. spacious , 2 tvs, very clean, modern, towels ,bathrobes, slippers provided . Hotel staff were lovely polite ,booked taxis for us no problem, Reception were extremely helpful with little tips of surrounding areas . Housekeeping daily ,Breakfast was amazing choice and so delicious ,great value for money. Hotel in a prime position so close to the train station ,massive mall old utrecht is lovely . Utrecht people were so kind pleasant Would definitely return here Thankyou park plaza for welcoming us and making our stay enjoyable .

The two rooms joined together to make a family suit were excellent and better than I expected. The staff were fantastic. We had excellent recommendations from one of the staff members serving breakfast for places to eat and for things for the children to do - Ping pong and the 'cat cafe' were good recommendations thanks. The hotel was well located within a couple of minutes of Utrect train station. We paid just over £600 for 4 people ( two adults, two 11 year olds) for three nights with breakfast, which would be comparable (or better) to Airbnb. I get the impression that this is a business hotel so the price for an Easter break was pretty good.

The bar is pretty quite and a little cold. We did ask whether the fire could be 'fired up'. The answer was 'no' so we put on our coats for half an hour and then gave up and went to bed.

We really appreciated the staff as they greeted us warmly and were very helpful. We particularly appreciated their storage facilities for our bikes and their willingness to allow us to bring our bikes into our room to make it easier for us to prepare them up for our trip to the airport on our final day. We were impressed by their offer of a gift in lieu of daily housekeeping. We chose the bottle of wine which we thoroughly enjoyed.And we loved the candy which was always available as a treat at the front desk. The location was great with easy access to the trains and to both the old and the modern sections of Utrecht.

Location, was excellent, within 300m of Central Station and a 10 minute walk to the old town.. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Every part of the hotel was spotless. The beds were really comfortable and it was a quiet area so we got a great sleep, every night. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of food options. What we really appreciated was the fact that there was gluten free bread available on request for coeliacs. The chef went to great effort to produce a gluten free dessert, for my husband., during dinner one evening. We arrived well in advance of check in time and it was fantastic to be able to leave our bags in the luggage room before 3pm.

Limited options on dinner menu, however the herb crusted baked cod that I got was very tasty. Would have liked a few "side" options on the dinner menu such as chips or extra vegetable or mashed potato.

Spacious room with air conditioning, a minibar, a super large and comfortable bed, and a TV with approximately 70 channels. There’s a great desk for working, and the room is well-lit. Breakfast isn’t exceptional but is quite good—I enjoyed it. The bathroom is large and well-equipped, and by far, my favorite part was the shower, which had a temperature regulator, perfect for these cold days. The hotel is well-located, although it can be a bit tricky to find if you’re unfamiliar with the area, as it’s next to the train tracks—but nothing too serious. I would definitely stay here again!

The central heating (those hot water radiators) wasn’t working. Since I only stayed one night, it wasn’t a big issue, but considering it’s the coldest time of the year, it’s crucial to have it functioning. I leave it as a suggestion for improvement. Additionally, the TV is quite limited and could be upgraded to a smart TV to allow for apps like Netflix or Disney+. Currently, it only offers a less-known movie app that’s not included in the stay. It would be great to have the option to use popular streaming platforms without needing to connect a laptop or phone via HDMI.

Excellent room. Very spacious. 2 adjoining rooms: 1 double and 1 twin, with a bathroom each. Comfortable beds, big TV, good coffee/tea facilities and very nice bathroom.

The restaurant food was amazing, but surprisingly expensive compared to the room prices. It was disappointing that there was no kids menu, especially when they have family rooms. Do they expect kids to eat adult meals? Doesn't make much sense. Therefore we only used the restaurant once. Also, we requested a room facing the train tracks and didn't get one, which was a bit disappointing, but I understand that was down to availability, so not the end of the world.
