The room was big and very clean and a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The restaurant is very nice and cosy and serves really good and enjoyable meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch also deserve a compliment as there is a wide range of food to choose from at the warm and cold buffet. The conference rooms are well equipped and a great place to have your meetings. The whole place is very friendly, cosy and well organised.

The location was superb. Being on the doorstep of a bus stop into the city plus being able to hire a bike at the hotel meant everywhere became super accessible. Being on the edge of the forest was delightful e.g. for running in the morning. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus. The rooms themselves were huge and mine had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on with coffee first thing. The restaurant onsite was super handy! And of course the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The only things really were that the swimming pool wasn't open and the towels were a bit thin (but clean everyday).

The staff were very helpful, friendly and happy to speak English. We were given a room at the back of the hotel as the front could have been quite noisy as it is adjacent to a busy road. Towards the end of our stay we noticed some damp on the ceiling of our bedroom below the air conditioning. We reported the situation and reception were swift to investigate. Unfortunately the situation worsened overnight to a 'drip' and the following morning the hotel were able to move us to another room on the same floor without any problem.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for a family. One of the highlights was the sleeping arrangement for the kids—not a sofa bed, but actual single beds, which made a huge difference in comfort and quality of rest for everyone. It’s a thoughtful detail that families truly appreciate. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious, fresh, and with a great variety to suit all tastes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local specialties, every morning was a treat. It was an overall excellent experience, and we could definitely stay here again!

I was very surprised by the beautiful room, especially the bathroom with its ingenious shower. At first I wasn't sure if the design with the drain on the open side of the shower would work. It was the first time in my life that no water overflowed into the rest of the bathroom. Wow! Yes, the drain was slightly lower (about 1.5 cm) and the water flowed nicely away from the shower head. But that wasn't all. The tap was on the side of the drain, so not near the shower head. You could open the tap without getting cold water or getting wet. Really nice.

The only negative point is the old elevator with really really dirty buttons.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room- spacious, clean and well appointed. Excellent breakfast. The hotel was completely dog friendly and our dog really appreciated the bag of treats on welcoming us. Easy to find and near a major route. The hotel is also located near to a super walk through a forest - which was great for exercising all of us after and before travelling. We will definitely stay again - and longer if possible.

One minor negative point - update the vending machines. The idea is great, but only cash and no change makes it difficult. Get a machine with maestro connectivity. The days of carrying cash around are over.

Very spacious rooms that are clean and in good order. Staff who are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Great EV charging facilities on site in the car park. A great location to travel into Amsterdam, which is just 40 minutes drive away. We had our own car, so it was very convenient as a location.

The car park surface in front of the EV chargers needs some urgent repairs. Please consider providing ironing board and iron in your rooms.

the place was very clean and the room was spacious , the area is also quite nice. I came for a conference to UMC and for that it was okay but otherwise its far from Utrecht and uber or bolt was never coming to this far from the city. Tier also didnt have a parking option there .

for some reason I get the disability access room and this was the only comfort room without a balcony or terrace. I tried to change it, specially because I didn’t need the disability access but they told that they are fully booked but no one could answer why I got this room on the first place. also the room itself was very dark, and if you opened the curtains there was cars parking right in front of it so that wasn’t really nice. also the windows didn’t have any mosquitoe net and if you let it open then room gets filled in with bugs.

Very friendly staff. We had to stay due to the unexpected passing of our dear dog on the way home to Switzerland. We were 4 adult ladies and the room was perfectly adapted to 4 adults. The staff was very understanding and allowed us to check-out a bit later while we waited for the animal clinic to give us more information about the cremation of our dog.
