Location was perfect. Bus stop was just right outside the hotel. Straight bus to Utrecht center. Nice and warm staff. They were quite helpful and flexible. I love the bathroom too. That's my favourite part of the room

The lighting in the room could be better. I like a very bright room

On the whole the room was ok, clean, the bed is comfy, hot shower, soap and shower gel, towels, hairdryer in the bathroom and folding table in the room which is convenient if you don't need it and want more space.

The night lamp near the bed was not working and maybe a small mat in the bathroom would be better.

The hotel is simple, but comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent and helpful. The location is perfect, in the center of Zeist and just next to the bus station which takes you to Utrecht in about 20 min.

The location is very good, we could find a free parking few minutes from the Hotel. The breakfast was really nice, the kids loved the pancakes.

The location has some disadvanteges as well. Because the hotel is in the heart of the city it is very loud during the night as well. The walls could be really thin, beacuse we could hear every noise and steps and toilet flushes from the other rooms. For one night it was okay

I booked a single room and I got a big triple room for myself. Staff is very helpful and friendly (24 hours reception). Breakfast is not the cheapest (around 7,5€ per person) but it is delicious, if you need to leave early (most restaurants are closed in the mornings) it is a good option. Breakfast is a buffet with absolutely everything you might want, even bacon and eggs! Room was very clean and towels were replaced every day. Heating is working perfectly. I can't say anything about noises during night because I sleep with earplugs. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and I would come back.

The place came at very decent price in the time of ADE and AMF taking place in Amsterdam. The staff was great, on our last day the lady in charge of the breakfast let us to have breakfast even though we overslept a little. I was really satisfied overall with this stay

The room was a little bit small perhaps, but this really wasn't an issue at all.

Great central location, comfortable and clean rooms, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.

Can't complain, excellent value for money!

The hotel is nice and with a fair price. You a have bus-station 2 minutes distance with direct connection to Utrecht centrum and in 20 minutes you're there.

i tried sushi for the first time, the staff were all very helpful when i needed transport advice. The bus stop to utrecht central was 70 yards away. There were many varied choices for food in the town centre.

The price for the room was slightly above my prefered budget range but other than that I really can't think of anything else.

The location is at the center of town, easy access to restaurants and Jumbo supermarket is just in front of the hotel.

The stair is too steep to reach the second floor and no elevator facility. We only bring small luggages, so it’s ok. But if guest bring large luggages, then it’ll be a problem.
