This was my first ever overnight in the Netherlands and I could not have had a better experience. I was able to park the car easily in the street where it was very safe. The accommodation was absolutely delightful and my hostess is an extremely kind lady. When I enquired about places to eat she recommended a restaurant and even phoned to book me a table. A simple but adequate continental breakfast is available. When I enquired about how to get into Utrecht I was given very helpful instructions which worked perfectly. One really could not ask for a better hostess!

Gorgeous comfy bed and pillows, large bedroom and beautifully appointed private bathroom. We were with another couple so the small shared kitchenette was not a problem at all, and it was well equipped for microwave dinners and breakfasts. Everything is spotlessly clean. Lisa is a wonderful host, helpful and kind. It was a lovely quiet street and an easy walk/ bus ride to Utrecht Central. We stayed for 4 nights.

Everything was wonderful. It was very easy to get to the b&b from the centre of Utrecht, via a short bus ride. The personalised welcome was so lovely! Lisa was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was perfect. Very comfortable bed, quiet, great shower/bathroom. I didn’t have breakfast but I was able to get a coffee there, from the coffee machine, which I really appreciated. I can’t speak highly enough of this accommodation!

Nothing. Everything was perfect for me! The only thing others would need to be aware of is that access is via steep and quite narrow stairs. For me this was not a problem but of course, it might be for others.

Beautiful accommodation, spacious bedroom and bathroom, large walk in shower, lovely artistic touches. Great breakfast room with free quality coffee and tea. Comfortable bed with white cotton bedding, large towels, two armchairs and tv. Bedroom and breakfast room up some steep stairs but well worth the climb! Recommendations for local restaurants. Helpful and friendly host. We were so glad we didn't stay in the city. Studio de Bilt is in a quiet tree lined residential street with free unrestricted parking. Two minutes walk to city centre bus.

The accommodation was very nice and clean, had everything you need. The connection by bus is also good and simple.

One night (Saturday night) we couldn't sleep because of a very loud music-party in the neighborhood that lasted until 3 a.m. Don't know if that happens on a regular basis or we were just unlucky but it was annoying.

This is one of the loviest places I’ve stayed. The host Lisa makes you feel very welcome and is so helpful, even making me a last minute booking for dinner. The room is very comfortable and exceptionally clean and quiet. Fantastic.

If you stay here in winter, the owner will constantly turn off the heating in a very sneaky way. Especially at night when it is the coldest and if you are not in the room all day

Everything was clean and well organized, the lady was very nice and explained everything in details. I would definitely recommend it and we'll be back for our next holiday!
