The room is large, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly . When I checked in online I requested the Mini-bar Package and expected to find something in the cooler. The problem was resolved immediately by the reception staff.

There is no wardrobe in the room, the safe is built into a table that can be taken away completely. There is no iron or slippers. Another unpleasant thing is that you can hear everything from the next room.

The hotel is well-appointed and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, though extremely compact, was well designed and modern. Air conditioning in the room was valuable - the area is very humid, so it was good to have air control.

The mattress was in two layers, and there was nothing to attach the layers together, with the effect that the top one kept sliding off. I nearly fell out of bed one morning as a result. There was no where to put clothes away, which was bad design - there was plenty of space for a small chest of drawers, but instead there was a big coffee table with a safe built in. This was style over substance, I felt.

The reception by the staff was excellent and I was pleased with my room with one exception highlighted. The hotel was in a very good location and only a 5 to 10 minute walk into the city centre

Overall the only disappointment was having no draws or an adequate place to hang or store clothes in my room or a bar to get an evening drink

Super comfy beds and pillows, good calefaction. They have a living room where you can have breakfast or work from there. The hotel has a nice modern and cozy design. The staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out are easy. The location is awesome, close to the city centre and with many restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets nearby. I like that the room had a mini fridge, water heater and a Nespresso machine.

I expected the room to be a bit bigger. I stayed in the bunk bed room, and for two people I think is quite small.

it was really close to the city center, the entrance is splendid. quite modern and the staff was really welcoming and friendly! all in all a splendid experience!

the mattress was a bit dirty and there was a bit of dust everywhere :/ our neighbour were pretty noisy.

Staff was great and helpful in every way and friendly. the location is close to most things you may need.

No phone in the room or room service. The stairs. Be careful when walking up the stairs, they might bite you.

Place was nice, and in a good location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Very comfortable bed. Overall I loved this hotel. It's a good place to stay for a short time.

Room was cold and a bit too dark. And there was mould in some corners in the bathroom. But I guess it's more or less normal, because it gets damp in the bathroom.

The bed was huge and very comfortable. Very quirky hotel. Staff were very friendly. Location was good opposite a green area with wildlife.

The shower was cold and couldn't even make it lukewarm. This is the only negative thing we could find.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had spacious interconnecting rooms which allowed us and our kids our own space. Felt so luxurious after many small spaces across our trip around Europe - a lovely treat to end our holiday! Staff were so friendly. Special thanks to the lady who does the breakfast, it was delicious and she cooked extra mini pancakes for our boys, which they loved. Would love to stay again sometime. Utrecht is a beautiful city.

Very nicely furnished, very confortabile bed, nice staff. Although there is no window it felt airy and nice, also due to the fake window which managed to make the ilusion of a bigger space with a view. Reading the reviews before i was afraid that the room would smell stuffy and mouldy due to lack of natual ventilation which wasn’t the case. Great stay. Ingenious design and nice idea with the natural light in the seeling.

The bathroom sink did not drain properly which was annoying.
