Great location and very nice combination of modern architecture and historical buildings. Really nice that there are small seating areas (lounges) throughout the entire building with free coffee and thee and biscuits and candy (sugerfree). Breakfast very good with wide variety of products, all biological or sustainable sourced. Also great for conferences and meetings. Also great location in combination with one or two days wellness at Thermen Soesterberg.

Can't think of anything, we liked the whole experience. Rooms could feel bit basic, but they are spacious and have all you need.

Large room, conveniently located next to Thermen Soesterberg making it an ideal place to stay for a winter spa break for naturists like us. Good parking. Friendly helpful staff.

On our last night the extractor fan in our bathroom started to vibrate fairly loudly and would not switch off. The staff member from the front room promptly came up to inspect, but couldn't get it fixed at that time as the maintenance staff had clocked off for the night. However, we were offered an adjacent room that was free, although decided not to move all our stuff, plus with ear plugs we were able to sleep OK. Bed was a little hard for our preference.

The hotel design strikes a nice balance between modern and older Dutch influences. The hotel is set in a woodland environment though not far from access to local amenities and major highway routes. The hotel has a particularly beautiful restaurant area which is stunning later in the evening or, unbelievably, when raining due to the glass ceiling and roof.

There was no central AC system in the rooms, but this is unfair criticism due to the age of the building and the likely cost of installation. The hotel staff were very helpful in providing fans where necessary.

Great option when visiting Amsterdam, took me 35 min drive after a day in the city centre. Perfect. This hotel has everything you need, parking, bar, restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are modern, super clean and bed was really comfortable. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Nothing, everything exceeded expectations

I loved the fact that you are surrounded by beautiful nature. On the facilities, you have inspirational boards to help you relax and get back in touch with the nature around you. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are unlimited coffee and tea at the reception and the staff gave me an extra set of toothbrush and toothpaste because I forgot mine ☺️. The place is peaceful and very quiet. You can hear the birds singing

The restaurant was closed due to an event that is taking place in the weekend for nail arts. But there is a super market and two restaurants at walking distance. Additionally, the staf provided me with cutlery and a plate when I asked for it. So it made up for the fact that there was no food 😊

The room is comfortable, view of the forest is amazing, lobby area with free homemade cookies, coffee and tea. Surrounding area is AMAZING for a walk/ run and the thermal bath is just within walking distance. Great location, few steps from bus stop and you can rent the bike to go to town. Staffs are very friendly and accommodative.

Delicious breakfast in a charming restaurant with excellent food.

My room was cold. The radiator cannot be adjusted manually; it can only be controlled via the panel, which allows a maximum temperature setting of 24 degrees. However, the radiator remained cold, and by the morning, the setting had reverted to 18 degrees.

Coffee always available, multiple open sitting areas, fruit available, beautiful restaurant, phenomenal breakfast, natural surroundings. Wow! Wonderful place to stay.

Some small details that didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay significantly- In the room, the bathroom was somewhat difficult to manage, mirror was small and too high to use for the ladies in our group, and there was minimal space for personal belongings there. Secondly, the rooms were overall well put together, but the paintings didn't seem in keeping with the relaxed beautiful atmosphere.

the hotel is located in great nature.outside the window is forest. air was nice and fresh. we checked in at 0:00am. the receptionist is still open. and we get our room immediately. The hotel itself looks like a classic German building. nice corridors with a Self service bar of hot/cold water, tea bags, coffee machine. we didn’t use the breakfast there but there was free coffee available at the machine and nice cookies in a glass jar. the coffee and cookies were great.

the hair dryer was kinda disappointing. hold for 10s and smell the burning smell. so I slept with wet hair….

Room was very nice had been upgraded recently. Being Scottish and not knowing any Dutch some of the labels on breakfast items could require a description in English.

Do not have any negative comments. The new wash hand basin in the on suite did not suit my wife as she prefers to wash her face using it and because of the shape it was awkward and she ended up getting her clothes wet.
