There's salt & pepper in the chalet kitchen They provide clean linens once a week The property is just by the forest and feel very peaceful too

We only had 1 spare toilet roll for 12 days of booking and we've tried getting extra but took 2 days as we didn't get to the reception in the right time or there wasn't anyone there. We didn't have local phone to call the number when someone's out, so wasn't convenience for us to reach out. They should do a refill of the chalet once a week as the clean linens service too There's no late checkout (12pm) upon request

Parking in front of the door, nice kitchen, TVs in all rooms, lots of lights, good sized shower, double wash basin, ample towels, two toilets, comfortable beds, location, view outside, various EV charging points, an outside shed for bikes or luggage, team was easily accessible, nice interior, and very clean!

TVs were old (not SMART with Netflix etc), not enough dishwasher tablets for our stay (and you need to buy fairly large packs in supermarket), no pizza tray, thermostat seemed to have its own timed program, not being able to get back through the barrier after 11pm, washing machine shook entire property so can't be run in middle of the night.

The luxury chalet was surprisingly roomy and perfetly equipped for a week-long stay of the whole family (incl. even a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and ironing board). The chalet was very elegant and perfectly clean. The chalets and villas are not too close to each other providing enough privacy and great views. The holiday park is perfectly maintained and reminds of a large garden. The staff is very helpful. We were surprised to find a lockable storage room provided for each house (perfect for our bikes).

As we are on a cycling trip we need a place that’s convenient for bikes, this was the perfect stop for us, we could easily visit the beautiful city of Amersfoort using our bikes and then come home to relax in our own mini country retreat. We loved watching our neighbours, the horses in the next paddock. The, cabins a term that hardly does them justice, were bright, modern, clean and extremely comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, especially travelling by bike or with children…

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the accommodation was excellent, spacious, plenty of cooking and other equipment. Bed linen and towels all provided which is great in a self catering chalet. The kids loved the trampolines and assault course in the woods. A tiny problem with a sink was fixed promptly and without fuss.

Nothing not to like, couldn't fault our stay.

The cottage was very comfortable and had anything we needed. It was very clean. The place is beautiful. Everything is green, and we had a direct view of the horse ranch. The picnic area outside each cottage was very comfortable, and there was also a trampoline in the playground. The kids loved it. I highly recommend this place.

The water in the pool was too cold, even on a hot day.

The chalet was new and beautiful, small but had room for all we need (family with 2 kids). Everything was super clean, beautiful dishes, quiet room with lovely views all around. Very nice staff! I definitely recomend.

It was hard to shower our young toddler in the shower. A bathtub would have been better. Also, the parking was not next to the chalet, we had to walk about 50 meters which was less comfortable with the kids, groceries, suitcases.

The location was excellent, our room was facing a field with horses and it was so peaceful. The room was also very spacious, and included a kitchenette and two bathrooms, which was ideal for us.

The TV could've had Netflix and the staff could've been a bit more friendly. It would also be great if there was some sort of room service or breakfast option.

Staff who welcomed us , everything was ready , parked and our “ cabin” was large , extremely well laid out and SO clean ( congratulations to cleaners) bed very comfortable, great bathroom, sep toilet, beautiful views of horses and countryside, lovely large outside area and chairs and table , very quiet We were able to cook for ourselves which was appreciated after many days on the road We slept well and woke to a country counts Although this complex seems to be attached to a large camping ground it is a remarkable place, well thought out, very close to town and amenities great Can highly recommend

Absolutely nothing

I liked the peace and quiet. It is very much a family environment community. The staff was very responsive and spot on even though they were not around 24 hrs on site on demand. I was locked out of my building, and the response was astounding on a late Sunday evening to get me back into my room even though the desk reception was closed. It was a very stress free incident with a quick response.

The gate for entry closes. This is inconvenient for a lot of reasons. I understand the control, but if I have a key to enter/exit, why shut it down? I was playing in a sporting tournament, which had games 30 minutes away with the last game ending late evening. Food and a conversation easily pushed me beyond an 11 pm gate curfew.
