Nice location, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

Soundproofing leaves to be desired. We could hear nearby doors closing a bit too loud. Bathroom OK but could use an update. We could also hear the sounds of using the bathroom in neighboring rooms. The price of the room was double that of the day prior, which of course can happen, but it affected our value-for-money rating. There was also some mix-up with breakfast which was neither prepaid nor recorded, even though we had asked for it. It also turned out more expensive as a result.

The hotel was much more beyond than a place to sleep. It offers a lot, from very kind staff, through great breakfast to bike rental. We had a lot of fun and we regret staying there only for the weekend. We also appreciated nice touch that was an included mini bar. If you don’t come by car, don’t worry - the bus stol is very close to the hotel.

Room might have been a little bit cleaner but it wasn’t bad - just some details like dirt on coffee station in the room and some random hair in the bathroom.

We loved everything! The staff at the hotel are so lovely and the rooms were perfect. Comfortable, clean, warm and well equipped. We wish we could stay every night while on tour! Excellent breakfast (15€ if booked the night before) and open air parking that felt safe and plenty big enough. Good location when on the road with a band. We look forward to returning :)

Everything was great!

The hotel and their staff were amazing, as always, this was our third stay here and we plan on making this our go-to hotel for every elfia we go to in haarzuilen. My partner asked me to be his wife at this edition so this hotel will keep that special memory to us forever

The only thing I didn't like is the shape of the toilet seat, it cut my bloodflow off a bit when I got sick, apart from that, everything is perfect.

The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable and breakfast was good but expensive

It was further out out of the city than implied by the the web site. Some of the staff did not appear to know the area. We had no stransport and relied on the bus service which was good, but hotel staff did not have a time table for the bus. The staff could not tell us if there was any where local to eat other than the hotel.

At 1030 pm a member of reception staff banged on our room door demanding to know what I was going to do about an unpaid bill. I told her I didn't have an unpaid bill. She then went away. Less than five minutes later another member of the reception team banged on our door. demanding to know what we were going to do about the unpaid bill. I told her I did not have an unpaid bill and I had booked and paid with Booking.com and I would speak to reception in the morning. I worried all night about this. In the morning reception said there was nothing to pay. We left a day early because I had made myself ill with worry and we cut short our stay and went to France I am getting old and did not want this. In future if this was the last hotel in Europe I would not stay in it

The staff were all really lovely and helpful. An absolute credit to the organisation. The room was great. The food was yummy!

The Wi-Fi wasn't working. There was no message from the hotel about this. I spoke to the Hotel A.I. It did make things quite tricky for me. I would expect functioning Wi-Fi as an essential.

The staffs in the hotel were very helpful. The hotel look really nice and quiet. the room is same as in the picture. Breakfast was nice and there are a lot of parking availability. There is fitness center in the leisure area.

I have nothing that I don't like about this place as I stayed only one night. And I totally satisfied with the service and the hotel itself. I definitely stay here again in the future. But you might not like it if you are expected to stay in the city center.

The location was a bit out of the way but there was a bus that took you to the centre of town in about 20mins. The rooms and hotel were great and well decorated. Breakfast had great cold options but not much on the hot side. The private time in the spa was fantastic, a really memorable experience. Whirlpool was huge!

A weird vibe from the staff but overall fine.
