The location is excellent, there is a bus station right in front of the hotel, the room is large and nicely furnished with a very big bad and the bathroom is clean with all the things you need for your hands and body.

A little bit more attention is needed to clean the corners and the window sills. At night young people have fun until 2 in the morning so it's a bit hard to fall asleep but this is the risk of having the hotel in the heart of the city.

The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with essentials like towels, soap, shampoos, shower gels, etc. and a hairdryer. There were thoughtfully provided coffee pods, tea, sugar and water. In addition, there was a huge selection of snacks and drinks by the entrance, which could be purchased at any time of the day or the night and the staff was super friendly! And as a bonus—the location was great!

The blankets were very thick and warm, but overall the room was a bit cold.

The location is perfect in Utrecht! Walkable and biking to everywhere you want to go. Wonderful canals and restaurants so close to the hotel. The city is vibrant and fun! The hotel is charming and historic. Our room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the church. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our visit and look forward to staying in other NH properties. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Because of the period windows and the room being next to a busy road it was noisy. Unfortunately on the Saturday at 4.30 am there were a group of people rowing directly outside. Couldn’t be helped but was disrupted sleeping

Step out of the hotel and you are surrounded by the streets, shops and cafes of Utrecht. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very smart and comfortable and everywhere was beautifully clean. The curtains are the best anywhere for blocking out light so you sleep well. The room was quiet because we were at the back (this did mean no view but was ok as we were just staying overnight). I really wish I could have stayed longer.

I love everything about this hotel due to the following; the beds are very comfortable, the room is nice and cozy, the breakfast; mainly tea is really good when waking up early in the morning. The bicycle parking is nice and secure that it is convenient for bicycles and ebikes since I am a bicycle fan. The hotel itself is in a very convenient area for cyclists and pedestrians when it comes to sight seeing.

Room was very clean and has everything is needed. Location is great, right in the city center. Considering that the hotel is located right in city center, it's great that this hotel has parking.

Room is pretty small. Although I believe hotel room is mainly just for sleeping and you will spend most of time walking outside of this amazing city, however if you want to spend time in room - it's a bit small.

The location was ideal for visiting the historic sights of the city There were very good places to eat right next to the property which suited us for evening meals without worrying about getting back to hotel.

The bells from the church opposite were a little intrusive but you got used to them

Location The bed is comfortable. Beautiful Windows. Friendly competent staff. Coffeemashine in the room :-)

Sooo loud. Cleanliness. Bathroom and bed were fresh and clean. But the room around it not so. There was literally somebodys tissue under the desk. The curtains could need a wash. And the carpet is all dusty behind the door, in the corners, and has stains. To be improved. We would still book it again ;-)

Decently sized room and great location right in the center of Utrecht. Surrounded by many restaurants and close to many tourist attractions downtown, as well as the station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some markets are held at the square around the nearby church making for a nice way to start the day. Self-service food and drinks area next to the reception is also very convenient.

Can get noisy at night due to next door bars open until 1AM. The hotel does provide earplugs, however.
