The product is very good. Great property with a good restaurant and very good breakfast and the rooms are nice and clean. Free parking.

The service! The overall attitude is not very genuine. We were given a used/not cleaned room when we arrived(this was handled very professionally though, we instantly got an upgraded room and an apology, but otherwise theres just not a can do attitude at this hotel. No flexibility on check in and check out times at all. We stayed in the city of Amersfoort a couple of times at other hotels and there we always feel very welcome and are met with a can do attitude and a much warmer and friendlier atmosphere.

Very clean hotel! And the breakfast is outstanding!!

It’s more about the way how the staff behaved. We can with lot of suitcases with my family, they have a trolley for it but nobody could help because there were only 1p at the front desk, so I had to do it by myself. Because they said it’s Sunday and there is nobody in the evening time (after 6pm…). Front desk was quite cold! Some of them.

Modern hotel, nice design, all the features (coffee/tea in the room etc.). And: Excellent breakfast (wide choices, fresh produce)

Hard to think of something... maybe to say the hotel entrance is a bit hard to reach (you have to drive around the building complex, but you can figures that out)

This is a huge and beautiful hotel. Located right off the motorway, which is convenient for travellers by car. When we stayed the main restaurant was closed for renovation which spoilt the experience a bit.

Very slow service although there is plenty of staff and the hotel is not overcrowded

The room was a bit small but sufficient. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was nice too.

The 'refugees', pretty much all young men looking at you and smoking outside which was uncomfortable. .

The product is good. Parking included. Good breakfast.

The pillows and mattresses could be better. Breakfast some days they have American filet and other days not. The cold apple juice was not working for at least 2 days.

room was excellent, only toilet roll holder needed fixing. staff has to be more careful that they don't take the personal face flannels for washing.

for me personal it was excellent and for my friends and familie a lovely stay.

The warm welcome at the reception, this time from Ichaoula, is always great. Flexibility in the restaurant; Jip de Jong arranged on very short notice the reservation for 22 people for diner and the service and food during diner was very good. All in all just a very good experience made possible by the crew.

The cleaning of the room has been better in the past. We had to ask to vacuum the room one day.

It was well designed, looked good on the outside and the bedroom was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was welcoming and the food was delicious. Everything was spotlessly clean. The car was under cover.

There was nothing to dislike.

Housekeeping & repair guy were excellent. Room (507) was super quiet & great darkening curtains plus comfy bed/bedding/pillows made for good sleep.

Small items for room 507: grab handle in shower has some sharp edges/corners & one of us cut an arm. Frig wasn't working, had to be replaced (which they did immediately).
