It was not our first time to this place. We came back because we really loved our first stay. It starts with the village which is very nice with his harbour and old riggers. It is not too far from Amsterdam, and can be easily consider as a base when visiting this city. The B&B itself is very well maintained and organized. The all set up is simply comfortable, the rooms are spacious and quiet, the bathroom is very nice with a very decent shower space. The best part is the breakfast, very kindly prepared and served by the host. It is served on a huge table where you could meet the other guests, and start conversing or not.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. We were travelling on bikes and storage was easily provided for. The layout of the facility was so cute and well thought out. Monique was fantastic, and so helpful. The breakfast in the basket was delicious and so much fun. It was a great location for visiting Spakenburg!

It has a friendly and cozy atmosphere. The room was really good. I saw the Staff in the morning. she was really nice and I breakfast was great. totally it gave us very good vibes. if I go to spakenburg in the future, for sure I will go there again.

just one thing. the glasses which where in the rooms were not clean.

The host was lovely and the location is great. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed, the air conditioning was a needed and welcome bonus. Breakfast was plentiful and the host suggested we make up sandwiches to take away for our lunch. We would definitely return.

It would score 10/10 if there was shower gel / shampoo and a hair dryer in the room.

The location is great—right in the center and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need. The place is clean, and the room is big. The host is super nice and friendly. Breakfast is good as well. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

Exactly as described. Quiet and clean. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Spakenburg. Good location and good price. Will definitely book again when I’m working back there.

Could do with larger towels in the bathroom. And a toaster..

My boyfriend and I were on a cycling holiday and this was our last stop. The B&B was in a great location and in the middle of our route to the finish point. There were plenty of places to east in the evening and the breakfast basket set us up the last day of riding. We shared a kitchen with the other guests which wasn't an issue. The hosts accommodated us in storing our bikes safely and communicating with the hosts to let them know when we're would be arriving was easy. Spakenburg was a lovely little village to stay in.

Spakenburg is an absolute gem so location is great. Breakfast is stunning and room very comfortable

Nothing about our stay was poor. A larger towel maybe in the bathroom plus some shower gel/shampoo.

Firstly we were greeted at the reception by an elegant lady with the most amazing smile you can imagine . she lead the way through & showed us all facilities around starting from children play area , coffee bar lounge & finally the rooms . We were also briefed on the next days breakfast which was prepared with variety of breads , a bottle orange juice to each of us & different sweet & savory options . at a first glance we could feel that the lovely owner does this business with a lot of passion & with all her heart . The place is centrally located & has access to all shopping & sightseeing areas within walking distance . what’s more ? There are plenty of free parking spaces available within 100 m of the property. we strongly recommend anyone who’s visiting Amsterdam or thereabouts to stay at this cozy place with easy access to many adjacent areas .

Central location in town. New modern B&B. Bike storage inside. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Easy stroll to cafes and restaurants.

No reception so need the email info on the check-in day to get key from box. Bathroom door design means it does not seal.
