Clean, quiet, and easy to find. Excellent breakfast included. Friendly English speaking owner welcomed us and gave local information. Room was very clean, well furnished, bedding and shower room could not be bettered. Second stay and look forward to a third.

Upstairs bedrooms are reached by stairs which are not the best for the elderly, disabled or doddery. However, I, as matching all three of the above, managed, and absolutely enjoyed my stay. At least one downstairs bedroom is also available.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay a lot. Family room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Really excellent breakfast and we were allowed to use coffee machine at the dining room any time, which is a big bonus. And very nice and helpful host. We got good hints for our day trip to Amsterdam and had also nice conversations comparing our countries etc. Would really recommend this B&B for everyone!

We went by bicycle to this lovely B&B and were greeted by a friendly host (sogar in deutsch, wenn wir es gewünscht hätten). A safe & dry place was offered for our bicycles. The room itself + bathroom were clean and furnished in a modern style. The breakfast was nice arranged and left no wishes unfulfilled. We can definitely recommend this B&B.

The location of the place is great for multiple reasons: it is close to larger cities such as Utrecht, Amersfoort, and Amsterdam making it convenient for day visits; the area is very quiet and peaceful; great for biking and walking around.

A very nice B&B with modern, clean rooms. We were allowed to use the breakfast room/kitchen facilities for our dinner, which was very handy. Breakfast itself was very good and there was enough of everything we wanted, including good coffee.

There were a couple of tables outside, but not in the garden area, which would be nice in the good weather.

Clean and comfortable. Two twin beds nicely accommodate four people in an L-shaped big room with a private bathroom—a very good and large variety breakfast. The owners also run the nearby milk farm. Definitely value for the money especially if you're a group of four. The floor heating didn't work but the owner was nice to provide a portable heater swiftly.

There was some noise late at night from other guests and cars passing, but both were not annoying.

Great place, spacious room, very friendly staff. Our kids could visit the cows and there was a trampoline. Minibar with nice prices. Nice little town nearby. Beautiful neighborhood.

Very clean and a perfect location for an overnight stop while driving across Germany to England. Host was lovely.

Very friendly owners who ensured that we were all taken care of. Rooms comfortable and clean with a variety of different breakfast options. Enjoyed the location just outside the town. Very peaceful and quiet location. Great value for money:)

The guest-friendly terms of the booking, the great service from the owners, the cleanliness of the room. One thing to be highlighted: the shower gel and shampoo (organic, olive-scented): probably the best I have had in hundreds of hotel stays.
