Room was clean and fresh. Lovely big bathroom with a bath, always a bonus. Plenty of towels and bedding changed after 3 days which was lovely. Fridge and safe available in wardrobe. Safe free parking a couple of minutes away

Mostly minor issues. Only two hangers and no drawers for clothes. Nothing we couldn’t live with. Room was freshly decorated but stairway seemed a little tired. Worst draw back, not the hotel’s fault, was the fact that two church clocks chimed through the night and a tolling bell rang at 9 am on Sunday morning

Room was clean with daily maintanence. Bed very comfy. Small Minibar inside room and a perfect sized ensuite bathroom

Unfortunately it was noisy one night. It is possible to hear other guests in the room above, if you sleep downstairs. Room 6 is directly at the main entrance of the hallway. It is possible to hear the door. During the night, the outside yard has night wall lights which are visible from inside the room so that it is not totally dark

The extremely friendly and helpful owners, the wonderful suite which is very special with the bedroom in a tower overlooking the Ijssel, the fantastic breakfast, brought to my room because it was too cold in the morning to have it on the terasse.

If traveling on business, make sure you agree to be provided an invoice. The property includes one of the best restaurants in the area but this is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Decent size room, comfortable bed, big bathroom with a tub, nice view, very friendly staff, good price!

Just note that if you’re a light sleeper, there is a chapel nearby and they ring the bell every 30 minutes including early morning

Great location. Friendly staff. A lovely small boutique hotel. Fantastic breakfast and the best coffee. The bed was so comfortable and the room nice and warm. Great shower. I will stay again and highly recommended

Centrally located in very nice small town. Room was okay, nothing special.

The only negative point was ugly smell in the room - like from canalization smell.

Nice and quiet, good places to eat close by. The parking is all free in the town.

It was a little further away from Leiden and other places than I had thought, but we had a car so it was no problem. It would be difficult to stay without a car to get around.

Centrally located in the Hoogstraat so a good base for strolling around the town and there are several restaurants very close by. Quiet rooms. Good breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were touring by bike and therefore grateful for secure cycle storage. A good alternative to staying in Utrecht but within reach.

Facilities were limited in comparison with other hotels at similar prices on our trip.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Room and bathroom well appointed with everything you would need. Breakfast excellent. Room was nice and quiet. Free parking available a short walk away.
