It was a comfortable room, we had a small fridge and other amenities. Breakfast was good and the personal was super friendly. In our first day, we enjoyed the afternoon in the restaurant, enjoying the nice view of the lake and the nice weather. The food at the restaurant it sublime, we had a local ham, edamame and burger. Cocktails were a bit too pricy to be honest, but they were really good, I felt them more expensive than New York. The personal in the restaurant was super super nice, specially a guy from Canarias, one from Finland and the bartender from Netherlands. They helped us also guiding us with the transport system, because the day after we were planning to go to Amsterdam city. For reaching the city, you have to take the bus, that is crossing the street, press the bottom there, so the bus knows that it need to pick you up. You have to download the app 9292 to find the time table and to buy the ticket. the bus will take you to the Arena (it finish there) and then you can take the train or the subway to the center. Regarding the parking at the hotel, they have the own parking area or if you find space outside, you can leave it there for free. There is also a parking area next to the bus stop for free.

We did not like the attention from the restaurant manager and the restaurant receptionist. We did not have reservation and they make kind a drama for that, when they have available tables. Also we asked if it was possible to eat outside and they said no for the day, but after they served food to one table and after we asked about the differences, we were offered if we wanted to eat outside. Really no polite. The funny part was with the receptionist. She asked if we wanted to sit together with my partner, I made a joke about it to break the ice, but it was an stupit question. We spent a lot of money for that evening, that it was super worthy for the quality but the manager should lead by example and people should not be treating different.

Check in experience, room, restaurant, parking was all excellent. We had originally booked through booking.com at a different location. Representative called and easily got us relocated to this location. Parking and a free drink was provided for the inconvenience which was also appreciated.

Although facilities were excellent, the shower floor slope was incorrectly made during construction causing quite a bit of water to overflow out of shower onto bathroom floor. Easily soaked up by floor towel provided but never the less something the corporation should bring up with building construction or renovation company to avoid premature damage to property.

Always a warm welcome when return. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast delicious. In previous years someone would come to your table to take any drink orders and have a chat but now the coffee machine is self service you don’t see anyone anymore which is a shame. Only negative I think is having to pay for parking when staying in the hotel. When you arrive late in a weekend and the parking lot is really busy and you end up parking all the way in the back whilst people who just go for dinner park for free is a little frustrating.

The hotel is easy to find and a quick trip to Schiphol airport. It was clean and comfortable. The staff at check in and out were pleasant.

We were offered breakfast at a very high cost over Eur 20. We decided that it was not worth it We also could not find anything to do in the evening. No restaurants except the one in the hotel which was limited in choices. we made do with food from a Jumbo grocery store in a little town close by. I also don’t know why there is a charge for parking. They have a large lot and it seems like car is the only option to arrive.

Breakfast, and the breakfast employees were excellent. Sad to say the orange juice and mango juice were very very poor. Other than that 10/10.

The employees at reception smiled when we arrived and smiled when we left, in-between most of them looked very miserable. None said good morning until we said good morning to them, but they were all helpful.

Room was comfy, bathroom was a nice size and the breakfast had something for everyone from fruit to full English. Restaurant food was an experience

Drinks choice at breakfast were a little lacking (Water, Fresh OJ and Coffee/Tea) was expecting at least Apple juice for those who don't like pulp in their OJ. While the restaurant food is an experience the price is fairly high. Personal experience: My room neighbors were "Showering" for at least an hour and that was very audible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Hotel Vinkeveen Amsterdam and overall, I had a very satisfying experience. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the friendly staff, it provided everything I needed for a comfortable short stay, and possibly even a longer one. While its location may be a bit far from the center of Amsterdam, there are convenient transportation options available to connect you to the city. The first thing that struck me upon entering the hotel was its cleanliness. The entire property was impeccably maintained, and my room was spotless. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, and their warm hospitality made me feel welcome. Compared to other hotels in Amsterdam, the rates here are more than fair, especially considering the quality of service and facilities provided.

One of the downsides of this hotel is its location. It is situated quite far from the center of Amsterdam. Although there are transportation options available, such as the metro and a regional bus service, it does require some planning and navigating to reach the city's attractions.

Good breakfast though the bacon was often a little overdone! Otherwise a good choice and selection.

The restaurant! The menu is very limited. It is a bit eccentric in the range of dishes availabe. That aside, the thing which was really offputting was the music. The volume was ridiculously loud. Conversation was impossible on the first night - but we put up with it. Where does the idea come from that loud music is essential to enjoyment? Please give consideration to quiet background music - or ideally no music at all. It's not necessary. OR make clear that it's possible to take a meal in the breakfast area which is what we did on the lsat night and were gratefu for the option. Advice to other guests: don't be afraid to ask to eat in the breakfast area......... the waitresses were very understanding and helpful. I think they agreed with us!

Reception staff was extraordinarily great. So much attention and kindness, they were very enthusiastic. All the personnel are kind and professional and very clear what is possible.

Understaffed at the bar and waiters on a busy Saturday night, so impossible to order a quick drink on peak hours on a Saturday night, but it was great the next day during breakfast and lunch.

Very pretty interior in the room and the whole hotel. Good restaurant. We won a "client of the day" for our stay and got a free upgrade and a couple of complementary drinks in the restaurant. That was a very nice surprise. Room had a great view to the lake and port. Excellent breakfast and very pleasant staff.

Not so excellent cleanliness in the shower.
