Perfectly situated, friendly and efficient staff, spacious room and lovely bathroom with all of the amenities.

The room is extremely dark and could do with more lighting. I also battled to set the air conditioning below 19 degrees

Cozy and comfortable with style.

We could hear every single step in our room from the upper floor. Also I have to mention that the bathroom door has a see-through glass so from a few points of the room you can see your roommate sitting on the toilet.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Loved all the wood and the interior designs. Restaurant area fabulous. Lovely to be able to see chefs cooking. Hired electric bikes from the hotel, saw some incredible scenery.

Our room would have been better if we had drawers or a wardrobe to put our clothes.

The room was a bit dark, not enough light

Smack in the center of the old town, with a wonderful outdoor cafe on the square, surrounded by other cafés and a pretty church. The hotel has the feel of a castle but modern. The room was spacious and very beautiful, the furniture very comfortable, the room tastefully decorated,, and it had all the comforts.

There was a mild smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom sink which is near the bed so it was hard to get away from. And the breakfast was a bit on the pricy side. Everything else was perfect, and we would definitely go back. The open restaurant kitchen is exciting and beautiful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good choice. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The central location gave easy access to local shops and restaurants. Plus easy access to cycle routes. we only ate in the restaurant one night as it was quite pricy, but the food was excellent.

The minimalist approach to storage furniture meant the room felt cluttered - even one cupboard with doors would help. The arrangement for charging bike batteries was good in terms of safety but on one occasion my husband's battery did not charge overnight, meaning we had to significantly reduce the planned route the following day.

This is my second time staying at the hotel,I love the stlye as it's a converted old building and they've kept all the original architecture. My first time for a family wedding was great so I booked it a second time fir a short weekend break. This time around was even better. Mannoune the front of house concierge was friendly and accommodating. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean,comfortable and stylish and the open plan restaurant is fabulous. I had a small technical issue with the room I had booked which couldn't be helped and she quickly moved me to another room, upgrading my room also for my 2 night stay as a gesture of goodwill. It was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and if you are looking for a different hotel experience thus is the place. 10/10

A terrific conversion of an old armoury with stunning bedrooms and a stylish cafe and restaurant on the ground floor. The staff all spoke excellent English which made the stay every straightforward. Well located in the small town of Woerden which meant that a pre dinner stroll was possible.

The lighting arrangements in the bedroom were a bit difficult to fathom and we never did master it fully. We would have asked for more information if we had been staying more than one night.

Very stylish hotel and restaurant with excellent service. Large room with a quirky style and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant is also done very well, with open kitchens and a good buzz. Food is excellent, perhaps not the cheapest but very well done. Safe storage area for bikes. Some excellent touches add a personal touch- the personalised letter on arrival and welcome fudge. The building is like a converted barn, with lots of exposed timber but also very modern, with a very clever design that means the rooms are well insulated from noise from the restaurant.

Can’t really find any faults.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was amazing and the room was clean. We didn't have the chance to eat at the restaurant but everything looked amazing. I would suggest it for sure!!!!!

That the restaurant closes at 10 pm.. I didn't have the time to try the food. 😂
