This was one of the best family vacations we've ever had (2 adults and 2 kids, 6 and 8 years old). Stefanie is a really friendly and charming person – she gives lots of great advice, and every breakfast shows how much she loves preparing food! The location is another big plus – you're in the middle of Randstad, yet in the green heart of the Netherlands (hence the B&B's name). The Albert supermarket is close by, as are four different but all great restaurants – our favorites were Tijsterman and Bistrobar 't Leeuwtje.

The only downside was the lack of a proper wardrobe for storing clothes.

The B&B was lovely and modern. The bedroom was spacious, very clean and my room had a tiny balcony. Breakfast was delicious, with so much to choose from. The small town was a short walk away with lots of places to eat and it was lovely sitting by the canal and listening to the bell chimes (yes you can hear them in your bedroom, I thought this would be an issue, but surprisingly not). Stefanie and her mother (sorry I forgot your name) were friendly and helpful.

I was there on Whit Monday and needed to leave at 6am but as the town is so small, there wasn't any buses earlier enough (or Uber), so I had to take a taxi (which was expensive because I had to travel quite far). Stefanie called one for me and they turned up, so not really an issue.

We liked the location very much, a quiet village, close to Amsterdam(40 min), Rotterdam(40 min), Utrecht (40 min) and Efteling (1+ hour). The room was really comfortable, with a view to the canals around and a cute balcony for having your coffee outside (and smoking). Breakfast was more than perfect, of great quality and variety of choices! The hostesses were super kind, hospitable and eager to help with everything.

The only thing that we would have liked to have, was a basic cutlery set and/or a mini fridge to make a couple of snacks in the room to take with us in our day tours.

The apartment is located in a quiet town in central Netherlands. It allows you to visit a number of places in the Netherlands, many interesting and pretty cities (including Amsterdam) are away only half an hour till an hour ride max. The apartment has got two bedrooms which are unfortunately not separated with the door, so if any of your travel companions snores, you might be in trouble. Apart from that everything else is ok - the apartment is very comfy, the beds are fine. The breakfast you get is simple yet very tasty. The coffee machine is available 24h, it is very nice, especially if you need a caffeine shot in the afternoon :) The personnel is very helpful, available during morning hours in the building, later on you just need to call them. The parking place is located just outside the building.

The building has got no lift, you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. If you have bigger cases it might be a bit tricky, as the stairs are quite narrow.

Our experience it was really good, our room it was very clean and the breakfast was very tasty. In further, the owner was very polite and very nice to us. Also I found it very good idea, which in our rooms there was a book that you can find places to bison in The North Netherlands, including restaurants, activities etc. The B&B is found in a very interesting location, you can enjoy the view of your balcony and see the lake. I really like it!

First, just the way to the accommodation area is very picturesque and fun, very different from the highways that surround the big Dutch cities, and then Nieuwkoop is very quiet and peaceful, a place that seems very pleasant to live. The hostess made us a wonderful breakfast, where I highlight the use of real fruit and not the "fake" one found in hotel chains. The children loved the different Easter sweets. The apartments have everything you need for a good night's sleep, I advise everyone, it is better to stay here than in many hotels in Amsterdam, Gouda, Utrecht, etc., and in a short time you can get there by car.

Location by the canals in the village was very pretty! Small village centre just 5mins walk from the property was fantastic. Drive into Amsterdam Arena P+R was also quite easy. The property itself was quite well maintained, comfy beds, small dining area within the apartment for 4. The host moved a few cars around to make space for ours with a roof box on top. Great continental breakfast.

Our room balcony door had a fault and so balcony couldn’t be used - the host did apologise upfront.

It is in a very nice place in terms of location. It is a town that you can spend some time and visit. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are very clean and you feel at home. The breakfast is wonderful. We know that we have not seen a better place than this place for a while. Thank you for your love and respect for your work, Stefanie.

The property was clean and tidy, well designed and light. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The beds were so comfortable and cosy. So it was definitely worth for money and mind as it’s difficult to find a free place during the spring time. I would return her again!

I would advise to change the towels for more soft. But nothing special, everything was fine.

Large room with comfortable beds with private balcony and excellent bathroom. A fan was provided, which helped to cool the room at night. Parking in front. Restaurants and cafes nearby, lovely walks, and stunning scenery. Delicious and ample breakfast. Thank you, Stephanie. we hope to stay again.
