Beautiful place, comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended. Great and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Surprisingly in such a beautiful place there is no cleaning every day. I guess it’s because there are not many guests, but no cleaning at all even no special staff for cleaning. Just making the bed and changing towels.

Loved my room. it was just what I wanted, calm clear and clean with a lot of light from large windows, looking onto trees. Very comfortable. The staff were great. They were very friendly but professional and with a sense of humour

Mattress was a bit soft for me. The dining room was very old fashioned and the set up did not feel in line with the rest of the hotel as I experienced it. Tables very close together and a little bit 'bus tour' set up. Every conversation could be heard. Some plants/small trees as dividers and irregularity of table placements would help greatly.

The bed was super comfortable. And I loved the gym and spa to relax after work. It was also great to have a kettle in the room.

We'd been told there would be no problem having vegan food in the restaurant. We went for one night but it was not great - for example the lentils were cold inside the hot pie case which made it feel like it was (not well) heated from frozen. The waiter kindly suggested we try elsewhere. No plant based yoghurt at breakfast, just one box of almond milk, which basically ran out before the end of our stay, no soy or oat milk.

Beautiful situation. Friendly staff who tried their best to solve problems when they arose. Wellness centre was great, although the sunbeds were rather tatty. The beds were very comfortable.

The refrigerator in the room did not work. There was a ring in the bathtub. The tissue box was empty and we had to ask for a reserve toilet roll. The toilet sent was loose. The room was not cleaned every day and there was no information about if it would be cleaned or not. Breakfast at the weekend was staffed by one person who could not manage refilling the bread, juice, coffee etc while cleaning tables for 100+ guests.

The location is a little remote but if you are travelling by car it should not be a problem. The hotel has a nice wellness center with a small indoor swimming pool and some saunas. The breakfast was also very nice, everything was fresh and offered variety.

The only negative thing we noted is the lack of sockets by the bed. There were plenty of sockets around the room, and there was even a fancy wireless charging station, but we are just probably too used to having sockets by the bed.

The employees were super friendly and attentive. The hotel is super calm, I loved the spa area where I could enjoy the pools, jacuzzi and also the saunas.

For the price I paid, I expected a little more from the room. But the only thing I didn't like was the fact that the room wasn't completely clean, I even found 2 red plastic balls, one under the sofa and the other under the bed. Apart from the cleanliness, my stay was wonderful.

The saunas , jacuzzi and swimming pool were a nice addition to our stay. The breakfast was good

It's all a bit outdated/older. it didn't really hinder our stay but it's just obvious to the eye. Our room windows were single glass .. wonder how that is in the winter..

The people there were very friendly. The location is cool, in a very green area, with a beautiful and big garden. Parking is also easy. The swimming pool was very nice, my kids and parents had great time there.

The baby crib was not good enough, old and a bit dirty. As a result, we let baby sleep on the big bed with us.

Great wellness facilities, large rooms, good breakfast, location in nature close to walking and biking routes. Felt comfortable staying here.

The room was outdated, as mentioned in other reviews, but they seem to be renovating. The onsite restaurant is relatively expensive.

The air conditioning did not work. Other than that, everything was fine.
