Location is beautiful, Breakfast and room lovely

We was refused a main course meal by the waiting staff, as the chef finished at 9pm, our table reservation was for 8pm, ordered our starters, very nice salmon we had, when we tried to order our main course at 8.30 we were told we couldn't as the chef finished at 9pm so we could only have dessert. At no time when I booked the table for 8pm or when we arrived for our meal at 8pm was any of this communicated to us untill we tried to order our main course. We had travelled by motorbikes from the UK on this day so we're tired and hungry and expecting to be catered for or at least be notified if the chef not working after 9pm

The facilities like renting e-bike and private use of sauna. I paid cash and wanted proof of payment. I could get this at departure. I had to ask again and was told the printer took a long time. No problem to wait. At departure there was an outstanding amount of 24€. After being able to produce all proof reception informed all was good but didn’t understand why there is a discrepancy. It seems that admin system is not in order. The food in the restaurant is very pleasant. I wouldn’t order Dame Blanche again. A lot of whipped cream and hardly any sauce or ice cream. The Crème Brûlée is a good choice. Salmon was nice enough but dry as was fish and chips. The staff is very pleasant. Except for the blond receptionist. The rooms are really anti dated. TV cable visible and TV hangs crooked . Ginger in tea is reused. Suggestion to other guests to break up the ginger forcing the hotel to use fresh ginger every time.

Property in a quiet neighborhood, about 28 minutes drive to Eindhoven city Centre. No worries for payment almoof parking ticket for my car. Above all, the staff were just to nice, especially the male receptionist I met who told me he’s of Cape Verde decent and he speaks very good English.

At night, when it’s late to find a parking space can be difficult. I was like ten minutes late to check out as I was caught up with the uk and European time differences and I was literally harassed to move out even though I told the white male staff of middle age that I wasted waiting for mid day to check out which is standard in almost all of the hotels I’ve been to. But he told me their check out time is 11am

The staff was really nice and there was a good selection of breakfast foods. The place was clean overall. Stayed here for the awakenings festival. If you're taking the bus from the hotel to the festival it is ok. Getting back after the festival if you miss the bus is a giant pain. Also hard to get an uber/taxi to take you to train stations from the hotel at a reasonable price. If you don't have a car I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Location wasn't great. The room was quite small and also a little bit smelly. There was also a big scaffolding in front of the window so not very much light was let in.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Fletcher Hotel Boschoord. The endless walks in the surrounding woods were pure bliss, and the location itself is incredibly serene. Breakfast was good, nothing extravagant, but definitely above average. For the price, it’s top quality and great value. The staff were professional, engaged, and genuinely decent. A peaceful retreat worth returning to Oh and Oisterwijk is an amazing destination..

A very quiet and reasonably cool room, at the back, facing the woods. Great location, close to the town but in fact in the middle of the woods and lakes.

The mattress was really on the soft end and also not completely level. The entire look of the hotel, while romantic, is one of lagging renovation. It really looks like a hotel from 20 years back, not really up to date.

Great and quick dinner service with friendly staff, good selection of breakfast, excellent location with a nice park right next to it, good parking, spacious rooms.

Objects and furniture in the bathroom could use some updating, they were chipped, loose or stuff like the soap holder wasn't not tightened enough.

So quiet at night. There is also a restaurant nearby. The staff were friendly. Comfortable bed and duvet.

The facility is not entirely well-maintained.

This is a lovely hotel staff, super friendly & helpful . the hole place is spotless clean. the restaurant was closed for refurbishment, but these one 4 minutes walk away it brilliant . Breakfast in the hotel was first ,I would highly recommend this hotel you will be impressed.

Beautiful location in the zen forest with very nice hiking and cycling trails and several "forest cafés" nearby with playground and a large menu selection. Also a short walk to the village with several restaurants. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Nice forest view through the window and from the restaurant! Also near cool national park with inland dunes and Efteling amusement park .

It was complicated to book the family rooms via the bookings app. We added an extra bed but it was not visible for the staff at the hotel and we had to call bookings (not easy to reach) to add it and wait 1 hour before we could check in.
