This place is an amazing find . Up in the north a great base to go exploring. Giethoorn was beautiful and did a fantastic canal trip . Joure was one of my fav places we explored from pieterburen . Id come back here . 100 percent... The staff at the hotel are so helpful . The only problem . We booked supper and yet arrived 5 mins before our time and there were no tables .? God knows what goes on in the summer season . ? But we found the most fabulous place . de jongens. The food was amazing. The hotel room we had was fantastic. And we would go back 100 percent ... Thanks .

Only that the restaurant couldn't get us in . But we found another place. 2 hours later mind lol

An interesting hotel that needs a little facelift but is really good value. The reception and carpark are not right beside the rooms. The bedroom was large and spacious with comfortable beds. A bit basic but fine for one night. The bathroom shower in my room could have done with a screen as the floor beside gets very wet. The restaurant across the road (theirs) serves good food and has ample seating. Breakfast that was served there was adequate.

The path to the door to the upstairs rooms goes behind the hotel and was a bit dirty. It needs a good clean.

The room was very nice and clean, check in was easy. A welcome drink is a great addition!

One of the saunas didn't work properly in the evening. I chose this accommodation based on the spa facilities. It was a bit unclear how they should be operated. Staff is in another building so it is not so handy to go back and forth. It worked in the morning for a while but then cooled down again quickly. Different diets (vegetarian, vegan) could be better considered in the restaurant menu and breakfast.

There were no drinking glasses at all. Only plastic cups wrapped in plastic, which should be not acceptable in this country.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Our arrival was a little late, but we got the keys without any problems and checked in. All the staff that we met were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was tasty. Thank you so much, I would like to come back next time and stay longer than to get acquainted with the beauty around.

This is a little gem on the countryside a really charming village. The room was big and super-clean with a large bathroom. It is a perfect place for relaxation. Food at the resturant were exelent. Breakfast inkluded. Dogs allowed 🐕👍

Right in the middle of everything. Clean,good service. Loved the sauna even on that hot day we were there.

The bed was two singles put together so in the night if you turn too much to the middle,the beds move and you drop right in the middle. But they were comfy

Dinner and Breakfast was nice. Simple but was happy with the meals. Bouillabaisse seems fresh and well prepared, schnitzel was huge. Sauna was really appreciated after a cold walk. Spacious room, comfy beds, good central heating.

Dark lighting, add a table or other furniture to unpack etc.

I stayed here before starting the pieter pad and I was very positively impressed! Polite staff, clean and comfortable room, very quiet and peaceful location, excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
