Very nice and polite reception, answered every question and helped a lot:) Very good localization near the seashore, city communication is available nearby, calm and quiet place overall. Soft and comfy beds, but very steep stairs, as could be expected from the Netherlands:) The place itself is fairly outdated, thin walls ensure you can hear the occasional dog barking or child screaming, but it wasn't a big problem for us. The room and the bathroom could be cleaner, but it had hot water, lockable doors, body wash and towels. I recommend the place if you want to spend most of your time out exploring the Hague, but don't expect top-notch accommodation.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the room. I only needed a quick one-night sleepover and this was a cheap deal on booking.com, so my expectations were pretty low. It is a 2-star hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious. The building is obviously old but charming, well-maintained with functional heating and shower. It was a ceiling room so angled walls on one side, with a large window with a pleasant view of the village street below. The bathroom was fine, spacious enough and actually larger than I have had in some more expensive hotels. There was a cozy nook with a tiny bureau, there were nightstands with drawers and a large closet for clothing. There was a percolator and some coffee. The beds were fine. Sheets and towels were comfortable. I did not try the TV. The location was very good. Very close to the famous Scheveningen beach, two different bus/tram stops really close by, a commodity store across the street, and the village center with supermarkets, shops and cafe restaurants only a short walk or 2 tram or bus stops away. I would definitely recommend it for travelers on a budget.

The room is on the 2nd floor and accessible by a (typically Dutch) narrow, steep, curving stairway. There is no elevator. While I have no problem with it, a less mobile person might find it a bit challenging. I was staying there off-season so it was pretty relaxed, but I can imagine noise being a problem in high season. People down on the street were very noisy around midnight. It is not very sound-isolated, so although guests are politely asked to be quiet when returning at night, it is hard not to disturb anyone. The door jammed a bit.

The receptionist was really nice, they didn't missgender me which is rare. We got a balcony room since my partner smokes without having to pay extra. The bed felt comfy and the cable television worked. We had a bathtub and working hairdyer. The location of the hotel is exceptional. There are grocery stores, cannabis shops, tramstations and the beach all within minimal walking distance. I would definitely book this hotel again!

There are tall and very slender stairs and no elivator to my knowledge, so if you have a lot of luggage with you, you might struggle a bit. The balcony itself had an old tile floor so I don't recommend going out in socks. If you really care about having a modern hotel this might not be for you (though I didn't mind it).

Clean, staff friendly and helpful, comfortable. Good hot shower! Soft mattress with protector, nice warm duvet. Room fairly well equipped with a kettle, sink , cup, small wardrobe with two hangers, a chair and compact table/desk, tv. Heater by window, safety opening window. Very warm even with window open. Liquid bodywash provided in shared facilities.

Noise proofing not great - footsteps carrying from above, steep stairs could cause some people issues but not an issue for me. No way to let staff know you don't need room cleaning. (Something to hang on the door or a toggle on the outside of the door would be good) .

- Location was great. It is near the beach area and tram - The staffs were accomodating - Basic necessities were present

- The pillows and bed were too soft. - I can hear other guests who were probably using the bathroom until 2 am - In the private bathroom, there was no floor mat or small bathroom towel for the floor. As much as I was trying to be careful, I slipped and had a bruises on my sides and back. I don't know if I broke a bone but I was able to return home with difficulties walking.

everything very convenient, nice staff reacting flexible, 5 min walk from the sea. it was the lowest price in Scheveningen. Taking the price into consideration the Hotel meets a high grade of comfort. a kettle in the room is super convenient for me and rare in my hotel expericence in Europe. clean. wifi. hair dryer. I didn't try breakfast since I don't eat in the morning. asian food is bookable from the room.

Very kind people, A Quiet room with balcony, Nice! No soap in the Bath room or so... I call that Luxury problems!

this hotel was exactly as pictures, small tiny room but it was only me and I wasn’t there to hang out in my room! The shared bathroom on my floor was fine but when I showered the water went all over the floor due to broken tiles. bed was comfy. more coffee would have been nice but all I had to do was ask and I got more.

property is very close to the beach literally 3 minute walk. Also very quiet at night and safe . property is also easy to reach via public transport, take tram 9 from central station and get out at Kurhaus stop. Breakfast is 10 eur with plenty of options to keep you full. From many trips here this is the cheapest place you can get closest to the beach! staff is the absolute best and also eager to help ! I recommend and I will be returning
