The staff was great, so friendly- the room was big and super-tidy- the location was just great, we even had a sideview to the sea from a little balcony and just had to cross the street to the promenade- traffic is quite loud, even at the 5th floor, BUT: you don’t hear anything with window/balcony-door shut! Bed really comfy, mattress very good- free coffee in the room and a good-working, empty fridge- what else do you need? I absolutely recommend this hotel!

We love staying here, and this was our second time. Their family rooms are spacious and we had a great view from the 5th floor. We had to change rooms upon arrival because of a technical issue, and the staff was super friendly and immediately had a new room ready. The breakfast room is large and very comfortable, with a wide range of choices, and is family friendly.

We were 4 adults and dog. Breakfast was great. The bread was amazing. Scrambled eggs too. We had the sea view on the 5th floor. We had a parking and also our dog peed on the carpet in the reception and the staff was very kind to this situation. We felt very welcome.

There is no park around The uber costs to the city with a dog - 20 EUR We missed some traditional dutch food during breakfast

Our stay at this hotel was really great! From the cleanliness and high standards of the room, to a great variety in breakfast options, it offered everything you needed for a short stay in Scheveningen. The location was ideal and also the entire check-in procedure went effortless.

The lack of power outlets, especially in the bathroom, was making things a bit more difficult. But nothing major :)

The reception staff are outstanding! Great customer service and very helpful and kind! All our requests were honord to perfection and we had the most amazing room!

The breakfast staff were not having their day, or just not enjoying working there - they should learn from the reception staff how to smile))) I would also have expected to have eggs cooked to my liking as an extra choice at the breakfast

Windows are really not well isolated. Noise from the street, tram, etc. can be heared. Be aware! Some parts of the hotel are used and old. Renovation is ongoing. Rooms were not really cleaned every day; just bed was made but still beach sand on the floor.

I've stayed here each trip to Den Haag and have never been disappointed. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good and the rooms are comfortable and have good AC for the warm summer heat. If you're lucky enough to have a beach view, you won't regret it. Location is steps away from the beach. Great hotel.

I have few to no complaints about the hotel. The breakfast is a bit pricey for what its worth and there aren't great food options in the immediate area, but this is being really picky. Overall a great place to stay.

Nothing to complain about, we felt good there. From the outside it looks a little bit shabby, but actually its modern and clean from the inside. The restaurant offers goos quality meals. Solely the room towards the Tram was a little noisy but not too loud. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they sorted out a nice solution although I had two separate bookings so that I didn't need to change the room.

Reception was quick, staff was friendly, breakfast was good with good selections and plenty of sitting space, spacious room, spacious bathroom. Excellent location.

Garage was small and limited spaces, room refrigerator was small and very weak and items did not cool, entrance from garage to hotel was via small and steep steps, without an elevator, which made bringing luggage to the room extremely difficult.

I liked very much the location being so close to the beach & public communication. The sea view was partial (between the other 2 buildings), but still enjoyable. The breakfast was nice with various local items.

You need to cross the street to reach the beach. The local parking cost was significant, where 100m far away is covered parking.
