The location was excellent with stunning views. It was nice to spend time in this spacious property with only a few rooms making it feel more private. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and caring and it was a great touch that the minibar items were included. Breakfast, served from 09:00 to 11:00, was delightful. There were fresh juices and smoothies, a good selection of bread and cold cuts, eggs, and more. A coffee machine was also available. We spend there one night and I would recommended this as the views and the location directly on the water are amazing.

The downsides were minor but I’ll mention them: some areas felt like they were still a work in progress. For example, the balcony near the reception seemed a bit worn and the hair dryer in the room was a bit dated, with a flimsy attachment. Nothing major, but small details that I noticed.

Very very great sea view. This hotel is actually above the sea and a whole big large window towards the ocean. Mini bar is free and will be refilled during the stay. Breakfast is also very nice. Fruits are sweet and fresh, salmon is so delicious!!! Brilliant hotel!!!!

Beautiful location, the room is beautiful, we could use everything from the mini bar. The breakfast buffet was thoughtful, well stocked and delicious. Their system of digital keys is very useful and simple, esp because I was checking in after the reception was closed. I had a beach view room And the restaurant had a full sea view

The pier is a bit old and the lobby and hall in front of the rooms is pretty empty. But it is not a problem.

De Pier Suites provided a unique and comfortable stay in Den Haag. We were greeted by a clean, tastefully decorated room and an exceptional view of the North Sea. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates, water, soda, and beer were there for us upon arrival, and all but the wine was refreshed daily. We especially enjoyed the Nespresso coffee, delighting in the variety of flavors. The shower provided hot water with amazing water pressure which we really enjoyed, and the tub was placed perfectly for a bath with a view of the sea! The breakfast included in our booking was lovely, with croissants, a variety of fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, cucumbers, sweet tomatoes, scrambled eggs bacon, pancakes, yogurts, toppings, juices, and coffees and a view of the beach and sea. while the walk through the pier was long, it was covered, and we couldn't help thinking our children would have loved the pier activities when they were much younger. The staff were courteous and helpful. The pinnacle, of course, was the view of the ever-changing North Sea with its shades of grays, blues, and greens, making our stay in The Hague quite wonderful!

Loved that we could stay IN/ON the North Sea. Cool setting with restaurants, SkyView, ZIPHolland all right here on the pier and beach. Free breakfast and mini bar. Short 8 minute walk to tram to get you to either Den Haag Central or HS.

Small room. Not much space for suitcases.

Everything was as shown on the internet. In some cases even better. The location was incredible, we woke up with a view of the North Sea. Breakfast was nice and tasty. The Service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and courteous. When we arrived late evening the security man drove us with our luggage to the hotel.

The switch of our sink was broken and it only had boiling hot water. But the reception lady wrote it down immediately and checked it.

- the view is unbeatable! - very comfy room with included minibar - the staff is very friendly and helps with everything - very good breakfast and it is also included, although it is stated as an extra on booking.com - nice bathtub big enough for two people

- the balcony needs protection nets from above, tourist threw trash onto it - the door could be tighter, it rattles extremely loud when there are stronger winds outside - Chromecast don't work in room 2 - the pillows are way too hard

Check-in and check-out a matter of seconds, the room, the view, the breakfast, the staff

It could be more secure as in daytime anybody can basically walk up to your room door. Aditional secured doors to access the rooms should be installed, i.e. one before walking down the stairs and the door to access the hallway should also be locked.

Amazing view. Unique location. The hotel told us we could use whatever was in the fridge. We were suprised to see a bottle of wine , 2 beers and 2 waters waiting for us in there. .

It was a great stay, only a small problem was the led colour indoor lights did not work.

The route from the parking lot was a bit confusing because of a lack of signs but once we were there we were absolutely amazed! Staff was extra friendly, room cleaning service was great and breakfast was extraordinary! We will definitely come back!

The pier could use some renovation but it definitely didn’t loose its charm yet!
