The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. House keeping very friendly. I love the fact that, there was a balcony. Very clean rooms.

The fact that the hotel couldn't provide breakfast, the hotel management couldn't have provided plates, spoons or even a small fridge and microwave. Due to the fact that these beautiful rooms are for family use. The water boiler was rusted. We couldn't use it. Apart from these little problems, everything about the hotel is on point.

The family room is big with Terrasse and the hotel location is perfekt near from the beach and every thing.

The room's key is on the mobile phone to open the front door of the hotel and the room. I hope that the room's key is a card. Because it is more comfortable and you do not have to watch out your stuff during swimming on the beach because it has your cell phone!!!

Very clean, great location (easy access to public transport, clise to the beach, in a quiet side street).

Not the fault of the staff, but some other guests were a nuisance, like shouting and arguing on the stairs after midnight - and another couple at around 3am... due to poor sound isolation, you are forced to listen to it all... earplugs were no help at all.

The location was amazing, less than 10 minutes from Kurhaus tram stop and the Boulevard. Additionally, supermarkets and shops were available in less than 200m. The room was nicely furnished and although on the smaller side, functunal and clean. The key feature was super accessible and really easy to figure out. Lastly in the case you needed additional toiletries or towels, thet were readily available at the grand floor.

The first communication was done in Dutch which was not ideal since our party had limited knowledge of Dutch. Would be highly appreciated if it can be available in English as well. Later when we had to receive the key, we got the message in English, which was appreciated.

My room was perfect,the only problem was-the car parking.I’ve paid a lot of money for parking. Stuff was kind and helpful…we have problems with internet but the mangers solved quickly. Tv program was no Chanal for children except the local chanl.but everything els was good specially the location very good,we’ve enjoyed

cute and quiet, near the beach and with good places to eat and drink in the vicinity, fairly well-connected to Den Haag city centre.

It is an older building so the walls are not the thickest, but that is to be expected and is not a deal-breaker.

Breakfasts fresh and delicious. Maybe not too huge selection of food, due to the small number of guests, but fully adequate and everyone will definitely find something delicious. The room very nice and clean, kettle available in the room. The personnel was very nice and professional (both ladies - at the reception and at breakfast).

Be aware that this is a small hotel and the reception hours are much shorter than most of other hotels have. It did not bother me, because I received this information during the booking, so no surprise. If you need some other time-slots to meet the staff, inform the hotel in advance. Going up the stairs may be challenging for older or physically weaker guests as the stairs are narrow (the hotel offers assistance with luggage if needed). If rather steep, narrow and winding stairs could pose the problem for you, I would suggest choosing/booking the room on the groung floor. WiFi without Internet connection for most of my stay.

the housekeeper was honestly the nicest woman I have met. She went out of her way to accomodate my needs and was extremely helpful and friendly, despite not speaking good english.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and put in a lot of effort when we had lost an item at the hotel. They were really understanding and kind people and the room was functional. The location was also very close to the beach and easy to find essentials from.
