Everything about this hotel is beautiful. Well presented and brilliant hosts. Even before we arrived we had messages welcoming us and asking if we needed anything (gave us directions for where best to park) Our rooms were fabulous! We booked two suits to hold all of us and our room had 2 sofa beds and the other room had 1 sofa bed. The bathrooms were stunning and the main beds were so comfy! And plenty of space too! We were a party of 7 and They accommodated our 3 toddlers both in evening meals and breakfasts (both of which were absolutely delicious) Nothing was too much trouble and we had the best stay Thankyou!

The property was located in a very good area. Central area and you are able to walk everywhere. Shops very close. The room was very spacious and clean. The heating was also very good.

It would have been nice to have the choice to watch Netflix on the TV, however no smart TV available. We stayed there for 4 nights and on the second night the Wifi stopped working. We are asked the staff to help us but that wasn’t resolved unfortunately.

Bernice was super friendly, the wait staff were all great almost like family and the location was both super convenient for me for a work trip but if I was travelling it would have been even better!

I didn't like that I had to go to work in the morning. As a result, we're coming back for a trip when I don't have to work haha. There was nothing in reality that I didn't like.

The location was ideal and lots of coffee shops and dining in the hotel and nearby

Parking was a bit confusing as the lot does not a accept any bank cards outside of The Netherlands however make sure you ask when checking I at the hotel for parking passes

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and overall was very comfortable. Dark aesthetic throughout the entire hotel was beautiful.

The toilet room could have been bigger. The AC unit was difficult to configure or not intuitive enough for us, but if figured out it worked fine.

Staff were great and food very good, and the location was OK for us, mainly due to why we were there. Lots of bar/restaurants to try out.

No double glazing or any type of sound proofing. Many of the bar/restaurants are around the hotel, and can be noisy till late.... worse though is the very large church overlooking the square, the bells ring during the hour, but worse is the call to prayer, they ring at 8am and 9am for several minutes each time. This was only noticed on the Sunday. Room was overall good.... except the carpet!

This is honestly the best place in Venray I've stayed at. I travel here for work a lot, and it's just exceptional. Brand new, food is excellent (dinner and breakfast) and the staff are absolute treasures.

I didn't like that I was only here for work and had to go to work. Everything else was 12 out of 10

Central location newly refurbished property which has been refurbished to the highest standard. Excellent bed, bathroom and a high standard of finish. The property was clean,comfortable and welcoming. Staff available and helpful with excellent food in the evening and for breakfast.

I didn't have my breakfast here, so this question I can not answer. The bed though, was the best! You feel like a queen/king sleeping in it (huge, high and soft : ). Everything was brand new and clean and with the softest pluche carpet on the floor.

All was good!

Location is perfect / extremely kind host who takes the time to show and explain the room facilities / perfect boxspring beds / royal terraces & well stocked bar / restaurant & breakfast was excellent
