The hotel is quiet and clean. The windows of the room did not face the sunny side, as I like.

There are no coffee machines or kettles in the rooms. There is a coffee machine at the reception, but it did not work for the entire five days of my stay. There is a swimming pool (which is why we stayed for five days), but it did not work for technical reasons.

I particularly liked the off city centre location plus the fact that good quality rBikes were available at a reasonable chaarge.

a minimal additional charge for a very light continental breakfast in the room rate would have made the stay even better

Location. Tennis courts available. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast

Fairly basic rooms. Carpets in public areas needed cleaning, indoor tennis courts needed to be swept- dry mud on courts No room service and we had to go and collect a towel rather than fresh ones being delivered. These things don’t reflect the price we paid

Even at short notice, the reception was exceptional! Kind, friendly, with intentional care for de costumer. The room everything I needed. It was a pity I couldn't check out the facilities a bit more. Seemed nice.

The parking facilities are a bit limited in terms of space.

Convenient location for our purpose and reasonable price. Possibilities for racket support and swimming.

Despite we booked a comfort room there was a lot of noise from the swimming pool in the evening and heating tubes under the floor. This made the room quite hot in summer.

- Sports facilities were excellent - Room was very clean and new - Staff were very helpful - Guests were nice and respectful

- Room was just a little bit too small for 2 people and an 8 year old. - However there are bigger rooms which we will try next time.

Not enough windows, poor ventilation in the halls on 1st and 2nd levels. Mattress of double queen size bed could be replaced- sides of mattress are used. Fitted sheets missing.

Lots of facilities to use and has a bowling alley in the hotel.

The rooms are outdated with some rotten door frames. I think there has not been a renovation in the last 30years

The room was comfortable and had everything one needed when staying in Zutphen. It's a short drive to the city center, but you can rent e-bikes there.
