The location is just a couple of minutes from the main highway, so it is very convenient for road trippers. The room is comfortable, and the hostess is super friendly. It is a separate building to the main house, so you have plenty of privacy. It is at the end of a shared drive, so there is no through traffic. It was quiet and comfortable.

Signage could have been better. There are two properties up the drive and initially we weren't sure which was our accommodation.

Very clean, modern and comfortable little unit. Pleasant welcome, close to town but quiet. Heat pump and flat screen tv in a nicely fitted out unit. Hot shower with great water pressure. Bonus to be able to park my motorcycle under the cover in front of the unit.

Nothing not to like.

Excellent spot to stop on the way thru, quiet, comfy and clean. Park right out the front, separate unit from home.

We prefer a mirror in the main room for wife to do her hair, makeup while I am using the bathroom, but that's just our thoughts, very happy with accomodation.

Good value for money, just missing a bit more of a personal touch. We arrived on a really cold, rainy day ..would have been nice to have had the heater on for our arrival just to take the chill off. Although close to the main house it felt private and we couldn't hear any noise.

Main central light bulb was a cold white one, so not nice to use, and one side light bulb wasn't working. No bathmat

Found this jewel at the last minute as we were driving into Balclutha. Separate rental on private property, very clean, comfortable and modern. The owner was lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend as an overnighter or for a couple of days.

Shower was very small, hard to move around for a good shower, pity as the water was hot and great water pressure.

Carpet felt kinda felt damp underfoot and the bathroom floor ended up with condensation all over it after a couple of hours- really odd. not particularly

Great location, close to Blair Athol walkway and town but quiet. The hosts had put the heat pump on so it was warm when we arrived.

Don't like washing dishes in the bathroom.

Location gave a beautiful sunrise on departure, it was warm and cozy on arrival and a perfect place to rest overnight on a work trip. The host was excellent on arrival.

Was difficult to know I had arrived to the correct place - granted it was full dark, but couldn't find a number or sign so worried I was in the wrong area. Google does have it well and correctly labelled though.

Good value for money. property was everything we needed. and an added bonus of being dog friendly.

No hairdryer and a vehicle parked right in front of our door which obstructed the outside views, and detracted from the privacy aspect of the stay
