Believe heaters were on timers which not quite so good when outside temperatures in negative numbers....

Such a nice, modern and clean room. Really, one of the best rooms I have stayed in during my NZ travels. The room is well designed. When you enter there's a row of tiles in case you have dirty or wet shoes. Then there's very soft and comfy carpet. Bed was nice and the shower has a roof on it. Great way to prevent mold in the bathroom and keeping the heat and water inside the shower cabin.

Not a single negative thing.

Breakfast was not included. We were looking for a last minute, centrally placed, inexpensive stop and the motel exceeded what we expected. Far more spacious than we anticipated, we were not disturbed by any external noise and the location for walking to breakfast and dinner was superb.

The external surroundings are practical ie concrete everywhere and no gardens.

Loved how clean and comfortable it was. Everything we needed was there. Great to have a hotplate!!!

It would be great to have better lighting at the gateway. I overshot 2 nights and got it right only on the last night 🤣

Was very spacious, bed was comfortable and great to have smart tv with Netflix. The motel was very accommodating and let us check in early as we had a family funeral to attend. Fantastic friendly staff 10/10

I would have liked more plunger coffee and milk provided, also conditioner for hair. We found the pumps for shampoo in shower hard to push down as bottles were big.

Easy to walk into town from here, just a few minutes. Everything was quite new in the room and very comfortable, I can recommend here.

An airfryer or hob would have been a good addition to enable cooking better, but there was a microwave.

Never had the breakfast, but the location was perfect as the function we were attending was close by

I think everyone was happy with what was provided personally I like the individual shampoo and conditioner

Huge clean rooms with great facilities. Loved the table and chairs plus couch. Wonderful to be able to park the car at the door. Very quite room.

Fresh milk would be lovely but everything else perfect.

We notified Motel Saturday afternoon 9th December we were stranded in Auckland having not being able to land at Queenstown Airport that afternoon because of wind. We managed to get a flight on standby next morning but are not happy having to still pay full rate for Sat. night.
