This place was like a hidden gem inside the hustle and bustle of Managua. Looked like a beautiful Colonial home in Granada Nicaragua and the garden and pool area were amazing! BUT, the best part of this hotel is the staff!!! SPECIAL mention to Francisco at the Tikki Bar and Restaurant.... he knew our order every morning, always had a smile on his face and took great care of me while in the Pool/Garden. He even got us fresh papaya every morning....who does that??!! He is a special employee. Also, Denny who always remembered my drink orders and had the best suggestions and conversation! Very nice guy! :D Franklin also took great care of us during our stay and the House keeping staff Paola and Selena were the sweetest and kept our room clean ALWAYS! Alvaro and Francisco on security detail looked after our car parked right in front every night and took care of it like it was their own....they even washed it for us a few times....WOW! Thank you ALL for a great two week stay!!

Everything was great as you can see from above, but a few different food options for "lighter" fare would be great. Dont get me wrong, the food was delicious but most are heavier meals and some pool options/snacks added would be great. The staff was amazing though accommodating options that could fit that bill!

Lovely communal areas, pool, bar, restaurant. Good food and cocktails. Located in a leafy neighbourhood, with a number of local restaurants. We stayed twice, on the second occasion our room was delightful, will small courtyard off the main room. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had chosen hotel before a flight as Booking.com advertised it with an ‘airport shuttle’. They did not have a shuttle. They offered to book a taxi for $25. We arranged our own for $15. The first time we stayed, the bathroom for that room (no 11) was badly in need of updating.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Loved the décor of the hotel. Many restaurants and pubs around. Parking is on the street, but message the staff so they can keep you a spot. The pool is nice & the breakfast was really good!!! The neighbourhood felt safe for walking at nights !

Hotel Los Robles has a beautifully designed setting with a very warm and wonderful staff. I had arrived in Managua at 2 a.m. from a long flight from the US, yet upon reaching this hotel by arranged taxi( which the hotel will arrange for you!) I was greeted by a hotel staff member at the gate waiting to settle me into my room. For the next few days that I spent in Los Robles the service and the beauty of the place are what I loved most!!

The complementary breakfast was average at Los Robles, and sometimes the water would go out temporarily. These were the only areas of my stay that could have been better. however, neither of these small bumps impeded my amazing stay in Managua. My fiance and I loved the vibe of this hotel!!

I loved the comfort of the room but more importantly the staff. Everyone always makes me feel at home when I'm there and I absolutely love this. I stayed here 2x's this year on both trips to Nicaragua!

Staff was 100% amazing even when my daughter got sick.

The guy in the front who helps with the luggage- just didn't like him in comparison to others I have seen at the same location. He was also not very welcoming but I still tipped him, ask me why? I don't know.

It was quiet, everyone was friendly and really attentive to our need.

I wanted a room with 2 beds. To be fair, I didn't ask when the room was assigned I just assumed I couldn't be accommodated.

Cozy place and nice gardens

It's says it has parking. The street it's not a Parking Spot. So it shouldn't say it has parking available. IT SHOULD SAY : STREET PARKING

Very nice hotel, quite central. Managua is not a touristy town, but we loved sitting by the pool and the food/service was very nice.

The town of Managua was dead. Stay in the hotel and relax!

The breakfast was delicious and the property well exceeded our expectations.

I wish their restaurant for lunch and dinner also had more local Nicaraguan food.
