It was very clean. They has a nice lounge area on the first and second floors with plenty of seating and a hammock that was in great shape. The staff were kind, considerate were able to add bottled water and soda to our room charges, helped us with questions and they make the best hardy breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. It has a swimming pool, a nice view of the ocean and beautiful view of the sunset.

The bathroom was a little small and it was a little further from the central part of town when the tide is high.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was our first stop on our three month tour and was the perfect place for us to chill out after travelling so far. Everyone who works at the hotel couldn’t be nicer and the guy who owns it is so accommodating! Great breakfast, great hammocks, really nice vibe! Thank you so much for having us!!

The only thing I would say is the toilet roll holder is a bit low and not ideal for the middle of the night visits in the dark….

Beautiful and serene location. Very quiet and relaxing. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Clean. Great breakfast.

Sometimes it was a little too secluded especially in the evening or early morning. If you had to get to town early then you had to get a taxi which cost more since the water was too deep to cross the water at high tide. There was someone who had a boat to take people across for $10 cordovas but only ran from about 7am-7pm.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The rooms are simple but have lots of clean towels and AC. The courtyard is a beautiful place to hang out, swim, read, and enjoy views of the beach. I loved our stay here.

Rooms are very small for a family of four. We made it work, and ended up making the most of all the outdoor spaces.

I loved the location, the ambiamce of the place . The room was comfy. enough towels were available, and the bed was good enough to get 8 hr sleep. Wifi was strong in my room, I was upstairs with view of San Juan del Sur beach. The breakfast was very tasty fruit, eggs, toast, coffee and gallo pinto as well. Also the owner was very charming cool dude I would definitely return, the beach access was amazing. Right on the playa!

Breakfast was fantastic and really filled me up. View from room was beautiful. Staff were so helpful. I would stay here again most definitely. The pool was lovely to relax and cool down in. Great coffee.

Maybe the pillows could be better but they didn’t bother me at all.

The location, customer service , clean pool , and breakfast were excellent.

The room was very small... when I made the reservation, there were not a lot of details regarding the room size. I made a reservation for two adults, and the bed was too small for two.

The room was spotless clean. The hotel is beautiful and the terrace has a great vibe. The rooms in the second floor with the terrace looked great and worth the value in comparison with my room (see other comment). German and the other man in the reception were awesome and very attentive contrary to the first impression with the lady that attended me during check-in. The breakfast was great too. I would recommend this place but be aware about the single room

While the location is close to the main street but during the night the estuary gets wider enough that you can't cross it and the safest way to go to town is taking a taxi. Maybe I am wrong on this but I felt my room was way overpriced and it didn't provide the "view to the garden" it says in the description and felt like a tiny box within the building. The other rooms seemed better. I have to say the staff offered me to change my room for a bigger one with three beds but I decided not do it because I was already settle so you can say it was my fault in this one and give the kudos to the staff for offer me that option even when I didn't complain

it’s was just amazing , you feel like you’re in home , the breakfast is good , Beach is just walking there , the owner maria and her daughter are so kind , the whole staff make you feel great! , there is a coffee bar all the time. but the most amazing thing was what they did for us , my grand mother almost can’t walk and she depend on insulin , they gave me the best for for her and they were keeping the insulin in the fridge. I just want to say thank you. we had an amazing time

Great location overlooking the beach, a 5 minute walk into town but with enough distance to avoid the noise of the bars at night. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The entrance to the hotel reception is not obvious when you get dropped off by the taxi. The hotel next door told us how to access reception so just a suggestion to have some signs pointing the way.
