My kids really enjoyed the pool and had a great time on the water slide. I was also pleased with the staff — their service and customer care were excellent.

I didn’t like the location. Although it’s just ten minutes from the beach, you have to drive through a river to get to the hotel! Even though the river isn’t deep, it could be when it rains — and a small car wouldn’t make it.

We had a great nights stay. Very impressed with the resort and the staff were fantastic and friendly. The room was great & clean, no outside noise, bed was comfortable and A/C was heaven. The food was great. We had to leave really early the next morning and the team pre organized our checkout and had some fruit cups for us to take in the morning.

Staff is friendly and helpfull, they go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. The place is clean, Loved hearing the howler monkey is the ealy morning close to the hotel.

Place needs a little touch up. looks old. I requested an early check in that I was told it was approved, but when I got there they said they didnt know about it. That booking never billed me for that.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, the pool could’ve been a little cleaner but overall resl nice.

Rooms could use a little improvement (sole cracks on a couple of doors, mesh on the window ripped, etc. Breakfast was included and good however they didn’t have any fruit and didn’t tell us until we asked. We ordened food for lunch and it took forever and everything came seperately so while the second person ate the first has already finished and the third hadn’t gotten theirs yet. Bread on the burger was stale but the waiter was nice enough and said he’d change it. Many of the things in the menu weren’t available

The location was a prefect distance (5 to 7 mins) to the busy life of San Juan Del Sur and very close to the best surfing beaches. The location is very quite and we were able to relax. I especially liked the fact that the resort was monitored by security, as it is off the beaten path. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything asked of them. The property inside and out was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the portion sizes were more then filling. The villas were very unique and spacious especially with the patio area on top of each villa- which made the stay very memorable

Like every other review- the road to get there is terrible and very bumpy. A person definitely can’t go to the resort in a car, unless they are familiar with the roads- bumps and streams. However, this is another thing that makes this location memorable and unique

great pool to cool down a calm town in the mountains, away from the noisy center . You would see stuff that are quite good for a hotel of this size . like the skate park or the voleibol yard . Good place to sleep . Chairs by the pool and mini ranchs are great for having an excellent afternoon. Food is good and beers have a good price . cocktails are more expensive but are made of real fruit.

There is no pool towels . No extra pillows and the ones you have are not comfortable at all . The mattress are new and kind of hard for some people . Stnd rooms are really basic and the tv is smart but did not work at all and there is no cable tv . For the price you pay is good enough . With some exceptions like the missing hotel shampoo , conditioning or cream you normally found on any hotel . Walls are thin enough to hear the bathroom from your room. Water is not drinkable . you have to buy it there and is expensive than beer . Far from the beach

Facility was great, great breakfast options amazing time inside the resort.

Hard to accept the last road to the resort which was bumpy, no lights and 2 drops one to the road and one to a flooded area that was hard to calculate especially after 6 pm.

Very cool hotel, unlike any I have been too. They have a skateboard park, waterslide, waterpark, rock climbing wall and a bunch of other activities all blended into the resort. It was a pretty unique experience and not to mention the staff were super friendly and attentive, the landscaping was kept up, food was great and well priced, especially the Pizza, best pizza I have had in Latin America. Overall great stay and I recommend it to everyone!

Nice pool, pretty good food and a great price!

It has deteriorated since we were last there two years ago.

It has great facilities such as the pool, restaurant, bar and the slide! It is surrounded by nature, we got the chance to see monkeys which was great! Some closer beaches that are better than San juan can be done walking, like between 3-5km. The Taxis are expensive to move around since it's a bit remote. Overall everything was great! Great breakfast!

The pool needs a water change or be cleaned more often. Also the water is pricy.
