My boyfriend and I (from Canada) stayed here for 7 nights. We booked because it was budget friendly and close to amenities, but not close enough to hear the downtown noise. Upon arrival check in was very easy, we were shown where our room was and treated this place like our home during our stay. Our room was clean and we had an air conditioner. Our package included breakfast which was very good, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Everyday we would go to the front desk and ask for coffee and would bring our coffee to our balcony and enjoy the morning. On a few days we could hear the howler monkeys in the tree behind us, but never seen them. I found out they make chocolate on site when the man that makes the chocolate is in town. I bought a few of their bars and they’re great! We felt safe the whole time we were there. We had a 4 wheeler we rented and when we came home late some nights, the security would jump up and open the gate for us right away. You get what you pay for, so if you’re expecting high luxury this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for clean, safe, good location, kind people, and a good breakfast to start your day-I highly recommend. I also made a cat friend there who I got into the routine of sharing my cheesies with and who began to greet me when we would get 'home'. I hope the owners didn’t mind! No serious complaints-there was no hot water, but I never addressed it with the staff as after a day of being out in the sun I didn't mind rinsing off with some cool-ish water. No problemo when you're in paradise!

El Pacifico is a great, great value for what you pay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and offered a great breakfast. The only drawback was that there are no screens on the windows, so with no air conditioning, windows needed to be open and mosquitoes found their way. Otherwise, would recommend and stay again.

In general, it was pretty good. The rooms were great, the breakfast was nice and everything was really clean. My only inconvenience is that I booked two rooms with air conditioning and only one of them had it, I talked with the manager but there was nothing we could do. Besides that, it was a pretty good experience

Very affordable. Great location, just a short walk on the beach to all of the restaurants and bars. A wonderful little cat lives there and always greets you. The pool was great. Landscaping , trees, and flowers were beautiful. Comfortable hammocks and thatched roof restaurant made for nice working conditions. Decent Wi-Fi also. Very secure. Walls and gates and somebody was always around Eric and Valeria were hard-working, friendly, and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like. The food was good but a bit pricey because there's other cheaper options nearby for Nica breakfast or plate of fruit.

The location was good because you can get to the beach in a couple of minutes, and ait is also near to the hill with the Jesucristto de la misericordia. The place hahce a really good swimmingpool that we loved. The staff was excellent, they helped us a lot. But the very best part was the food, breackfasts were awesome! I'd definitebly come back here soon.

Really nice large room with patio and chairs outside. Cotton sheets ! Good clean pool, wonderful breakfasts with a choice of 3 selections. Quiet and a nice communal seating area with bar.

A bit of a,walk from centre of town, especially with backpack, but then it's quiet.

Nice big room, very comfortable for myself and my son. We loved the pool. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Lovely gardens and overall a really wonderful place to stay, we will be back for sure. :) ^^

Nice place, beautiful grounds and space to relax by yourself. Staff was very pleasing, no English but the translater app works well. A bit disappointed no meals were served after breakfast but you can order from a sistering hostel for 100.00 Cordova. The walk to town was about 15 min so that was good.

I like everything of the hotel , nature , infrastructure, and the most important thing is I feel very comfortable I will strongly recommend.

What I did not like is that I didn't have enough time to stay longer. Jiji

The pool was amazing and it was a quiet place to stay in San Juan, perfect for relaxing, close to the beach. The room was clean. I'm very satisfied.

Rooms need a little bit more artificial light.
