The staff were incredibly helpful, the room (though smaller and with less facilities than described in the booking) was good. The location was central and quite easy for linking to other places.

The internet was irregular, especially when power was from the generator. This really needs improvement. Also, the quality of viewing options via the tv was poor. Both issues are related - better watching options (Netflix, Prime etc) will definitely require much better wifi.

The property is close is not far from both the local and international airport. The rooms and the surroundings were very clean. The facility is one the best cleaned I have every seen around in the country. The staffs were very supportive and competent, especially the manager. Very gentle in his explanations and answers to questions we had.

The property was hard to find even with the help of GPS because it had a very small sign on the property. No clear sign board. The rooms were very small, food were very expensive and the quality of the food were really very bad.

To be honest, I didn't dislike anything about Erith Hotel. The manager always checked on me in order to make sure that I was properly looked after.

The food was great!. The Seafood Okro was particularly EXQUISITE - wow! We relished it and even ordered on other days. Overall, it was a good experience - very great staff/ attending personnel.

Parking was a bit of a hassle. The breakfast could be better. Since booking was made for 2 - I also thought it goes without saying that breakfast should also be for 2...or one is given the option to request for more... We did not ask for a quite room please...but a different request for something else, bothering around cleanliness - please review your records. Thank you

The apartment operates like a normal hotel. There are receptionist, concierge and other staff to assist. Therefore, check-in procedure and key collection was smooth

The breakfast offered was minimalist. There were no options in terms of choice, variety or quantity. The Apartment decided what was for breakfast either two slices of bread and a single boiled egg or 3 pieces of boiled plantain and a single friend egg or 2 pieces of boiled yam and a single fried egg.

Tbh there was nothing to hate about the property except what I noticed about the security at the gate, he was nothing compared to the guys inside at all. You’d literally have to beg him just to help you with your bags, he kept giving the feeling like they forced him on that job. I know it can be tasking Yh but acting like you don’t care about the job is a huge turn off to people coming in especially the vibe he gives.

Top notch 👌 cleaning and the entire environment were very welcoming. The entire staff members maintained high-quality professionalism while maintaining applauding customer's services first traits. 24-hour uninterrupted power supply. A peace of mind 24-hour security.

The management should work on providing a microwave, at least, in some of the delux rooms. Providing adequate bath towels at all times is a must in every hotel.

The breakfast was good, but options were not given to guest. At least two or three options should be given to guest to enable them make their choice. The location of the property is suitable. And their staffs are very respectful and welcoming.

It could have been better if options were given to guest to make their choice of breakfast. Not all guest would like the particular breakfast you served without options.

The staff were switched on and proactive especially Matthew who went above and beyond. The room decor was tastefully furnished and very impressive.

The lower priced room did not have a microwave and the ambiance needs to match the other higher priced room(s) but very good value for money.

The rooms are neat, serene and have a good level of aesthetics. This is my second visit and I loved it. The staff are professional and helpful. The location of this hotel is awesome and proximate to the airport and Ikeja nightlife. This is a real budget accommodation and worth it.
