This latest lodging at Citiheight Hotel was not my first nor second. However, I can regard my latest visit as the best. There has been a lot of improvement since my last visit and I was very impressed with most of the upgrades. Very clean environment, the staff are polite, respectful and high professional. Staff accompany guests to their rooms assisting with the luggage and ensuing that guest settle in properly at the hotel. This is highly commendable. Please keep up the good work. The Wi-Fi is stable and fast. Excellent teamwork exhibited by the workforce. Breakfast was adequate to keep one going for the day. Airport pick-up is available at a reasonable cost and I can recommend this service. Overall, I enjoyed my latest lodging at Citiheight Hotel. 100% recommendation!!!

Just a minor - There was no toilet brush in the bathroom for a guest to clean after use. The house keeper (Manager) was informed about this and she promised to look into it.

The location, building design, neatness and the size of the room. All the services that these people provided were extremely great and professional. 1, Moses (house keeper) 2, Latifat ( receptionist) 3, Lukmon ( alpha house keeper) 4, Adebayo ( bar staff) 5, Charles (bar staff) 6, Adebayo (bar staff) 7, Security in blue uniform. 8, All the welcome team. The staff customer service were all exceptional.

The air conditioning was not effectively working. Especially the cooling.

Great facilities and safe. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Though had issue with the first room (Cooling system not working properly) but the hotel manager got that sorted. I was upgraded to a luxury room which was great. He also gladly extended my checking out time without paying anything extra due to my late flight departure. Overall, it was a good and safe place to stay.

Hotel location is fantastic, a little away from the bussy express; the room location is strategic, allows guest to view outside from the window. Unfortunately I didn't take breakfast, including my spouse.

There was not enough variety for food. One thing that attracts guest to hotels is good food. Please try and include other continental delicacies, especially from the South East and if possible increase quantity a little.

The staff, everybody was exceptional. So kind, attentive, charming, funny, well dressed, well mannered, hygiene on point.

The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast time wasn't made explicitly clear for weekdays and weekend, so we didn't get to eat breakfast on the weekday.

Honestly, the breakfast is okay, the room is sparkling clean and the location is central, it is adjacent to the Ikeja Sheraton and a few minutes' drive to the airport.

The reservation staff claimed I was upgraded to superior room being my first time and that I was also offered breakfast which I was also told was not included in the cost for reservation.

I had to pay a little extra to be upgraded to the superior room which was not budgeted for as I already had a confirmed amount to pay with the online reservation made. I also noticed under the bed was not thoroughly clean.

Good value for money! The environment is very serene.

The ladies were making too much noise at the restaurant rather than being helpful. Staff could be more courteous.

I paid more through booking.com almost 70k whereas it's cheaper booking with the Hotel site at 60.500
